McDonald's — Restaurant in Imperial

Manager was really bad. I ordered with time and arrived on time for a mobile order before 10:30 AM for breakfast, and what they do skip my order already paid and give my code before 10:29 AM and they just skipped because the reality is that in this Mc Donald’s never want to take orders as breakfast because they already have a lot of orders. Mentioning that they didn’t want to give me any refund because they supposedly didn’t process that I arrived, when on speaker they confirmed my order. Very disappointed always is something similar with breakfast before the 10:30 AM in this location. And horrible experience that a manager doesn’t have the capability of solve problems. What now I have nothing resolved and a call to my bank to claim...

The breakfast is really expensive 😩 and aren't the best in the world. Usually we take a home breakfast and that morning l make a stop there before to go work and school with my 10 years old . And l won't stop any more there. I paid for breakfast #1 and #2 almost 40 dollars for a burned meal. McDonald's don't help with nobodys economy. It's better to stop in Dennys or other restaurants for a real meal. 🤔 Why they don't offer any more the former 1 dollar menu? I used to buy more with less money on my hurry mornings. But thanks to them, we have a better breakfast at home . I hate the after breakfast menu due to their junk food ...so, the moral is to just stop for a hot coffee ☕️ once...

Did you know that it takes 5 hours to clean the Mcflurry machine. It is happening often that we go into a McDonald's and find out that this dessert is not available because they don't have an employee on staff certified to clean the machine. El Centro 4th st and the Imperial restaurant as well. We had to drive to the north end of Imperial restaurant to get a Mcflurry. It's a thing today I can't...
