Starbucks — Restaurant in Imperial

I've gone here many times and its always fast, nice workers, and delicious food but today was exceptionally good. I went here today to treat myself for the end of the school year and it was absolutely packed but the girls working there were the most sweetest darlings ever. So good I had to leave a positive review. They were all working diligently and got my drink out fast for how busy it was but it took a while (but still reasonable with how much they were already doing) to get out my ham and swiss. They were assuring me that it would be out soon whenever they passed by me and then they gave me a little freebie chocolate croissant for the wait. They were absolutely lovely even with the stress of how busy it was (absolutely packed) and all the food was delicious. I'll write this as a feedback, I don't know who's in charge now or if I have the bad streak of getting my coffee from the same barista because I get what I didn't order, and there's been like 5 times of this already. I usually order extra milk because they always give it to me as a black iced coffee, and my order is a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I get the impression that they just added iced coffee with light milk and cinnamon just to say that they did the drink. It's not fair to pay for something you didn't receive. I usually order takeout and realize you can't even go back to ask them to change your coffee when you paid not a dollar for it. It's annoying and disappointing, and it should change that.
