I recently visited the Arby's off of Sashabaw near I-75 and had a terrible experience. It was almost 80 degrees outside, and my 5-year-old and I were in a car without air conditioning. After splitting a smoothie from Tropical Smoothie, we decided to get a chicken sandwich from Arby's. I had a $5 off coupon for ordering through the app, so I pulled over in the parking lot to download the app and place our order.
Despite no one being in the drive-thru, I was told by the manager (who refused to give her name) that they just received my order and I would need to return in 7 minutes to pick it up. I initially drove off but decided to return, given the empty parking lot and drive-thru. I asked if my order could be processed as if I had ordered it next in line and if I could pull up ahead of the drive-thru to have them bring it out to me when it was ready, like most drive-thrus do. She said she would not do that and insisted I come back at the exact time the app indicated. I then said I would stay in line and wait.
Suddenly, the manager began yelling through the speaker that they were canceling my order and calling the police. I never raised my voice or called any names. I had already paid for my food and wanted to be treated like the next customer, not held to the exact pick-up time. The police were called, and I had to call them myself to clear my name and ensure a refund, which has yet to be processed.
I have never experienced such poor hospitality. No wonder Culver's next door is so much busier! I hope the owner sees this review and addresses the issue with the manager, as this cannot be an isolated incident. Paying customers should not be...

I worked late friday and was starving so I decided to stop on my way home at eight thirty p m I ordered two beef and cheddars for 7 dollars And a medium crinkle cut fry. I got my order and drove home. When I opened the bag, there was a weird smell. Right away Like a fried burnt smell. The French fries tasted like they haven't changed their oil in a month. Totally gross, unedible. I ate one fry was grossed out and then moved on to the Sandwich. I open the Sandwich and went to peel The bun back to add sauce the bun broken in half crumbling, it was stale And the Sandwich was cold. Pulled up and was aggressively handed a drink, I asked for a drink carrier and was promptly given my second drink followed by a very upset employee turning to get a carrier. While placing my drinks in the carrier my bag of food was hung out the window. I hear a “here’s your food” where I had to turn and address her with “please allow me just a moment”. 20 minute drive home to be greeted with a wrap full of onion.
In a nutshell, the staff was rude and they screwed up my order.
