Appaled. I'd suggest avoiding this establishment. Charged for things and never received. Customer service horrible.
Ordered through drive-thru. Asked, "Is that all for you?" after every item and very clearly, on speaker, huffed when I added more items to my order. Upon driving to the window, no one greeted. Swinging open the window, a call for the total was blurted out and I used a card for payment. I waited a considerable amount of time before being handed, again with no communication or words exchanged, 2 beverages without straws and one was incorrectly made.
After sitting with my un-drinkable beverages for another long period of time the window opens with haste to try and hand off a bagel (ended up being not toasted or warm and with a lack of cream cheese, there were 2) This is when I mentioned the drink being incorrectly made and the cashier rolled her eyes while snatching the cup back and left us, again, with no straws waiting.
I'd already paid or I would have left several time at this point. When I was being given my drink they had to remake (not my fault) I mentioned how horrible the service was and 3-4 employees gathered round to eventually have what I assume was the younger female manager meet my complaint with, "ok, good bye. Have a nice day." I became upset (moreso) at this reaction and asked for a corporate number.
This is when I was met with several smirks and comments I'd never have expected any decent place to allow happen. The (supposed) manager responds, brandishing a smirk worthy of the reels, "we aren't a corporate store so no we don't have a number." I explained this wasn't the way to conduct any business. When we got home we realized on top of drinks being made wrong, bagels not being made correctly (how to you not make a bagel correctly?) that our donuts were not in the bag.
We paid for food we never got and were treated absolutely horrible.
We will drive further to avoid every spending a penny at this place again.
I'll be sure to let as many people as I can know how we were treated and how this place is being run.
Worst Tim Hortons experience ever. To that note, we may very well never go to another Tim Hortons if this is how they're being run.

Read moreI tried over a year to give this Tim Hortons a chance because its close to my home. But yesterday was the last straw. After taking a couple weeks off, due to constant rude like attitudes coming from several of the ladies, besides the African American male that cooks (always a smile- he literally looks at me and gets it, i work with a bunch of females with attitudes). So back to my experience, yesterday, I came in for my normal ice coffee. The lady at the register put my ice coffee in a pop cup! When I asked about it, she said they were out of plastic cups. When I instantly noticed a large size plastic cup (I ordered a medium), i asked if i could just use the large size. The worker said she would have to charge me .25 for a plastic cup . Like what? You are out of plastic cups- not my faught? When I questioned this- she came over and got her manager, who then said- we have Medium cups right here----- in plan sight. I find this was done deliberately. Like come on, every single time I come in there they find an issue with me. I do nothing, with my children, and just want my coffee. Read more1/26 - Permenantly refused my 85 year old grandmother (who is the sweetest lady in the world) on the grounds of ACCUSING her of spreading Covid-19. She has been coming here almost religiously day after day giving this business her money. She mentioned that she had covid previously (which she DID NOT leave the house for, OR visit this place while she had) and someone apparently misunderstood her as saying she "has" covid.
As a former employee (My first job), I just want to spill the tea and tell you this place is disgusting. The iced tea gets changed out on a monthly basis. Their cream cheese station has solids because it doesn't get cleaned out and the lids aren't put on the containers. Microwaved eggs and bacon on the sandwiches that sit out for hours. Staff that doesn't wash their hands. Coffee gets changed out on a 4 HOUR BASIS. Starbucks dumps theirs after 30 minutes.
I would avoid this place and try out the Tim Hortons down the road by I-75 because that store is actually clean, and they are independently owned.
