We have been ordering from this location for years. We have always loved the food, and because we have a large family our orders typically run around $50 with delivery. We ordered last week like usual and had a coupon code for rewards through our email so the order came to only $21 and some change. We ordered at 9pm and the owner took our order and we waited.... And waited.... And after hearing the kids whining again I called at quarter to eleven. The owner answered again, and I asked about our order. He was sure for a good 5 mins that I hadn't even ordered from this location even though he took the order. Then another 15 mins saying that he didn't understand and that our food was not there. And I explained that we never gotten it either. He then told me that it was delivered and that I was "playing" him. I began to get very upset bc now not only was I without our dinner, I was being told I was playing him. We never got the food, and after another 15 mins on the phone and alot of pointless conversation he appoligized and said that he would have the money refunded to our card. I called the next day to make sure it was going to be and he said yes. Then 2 days nothing. I called back and was told it was the bank, to call the bank and be told that nothing was pending. Called again to be told that he didn't know what we were talking about and then told he thought he resolved this. He said that he didn't know how to run the computer system and that his manager should be in later and will refund it. That was 2 days ago. A week later and still nothing. She seems to be new I’m not sure she didn’t know how to do a split payment so she called some guy over his name was Keegan he started yelling at her in front Of everyone. She didn’t deserve to get yelled at she seems to be new like I said and the way that keegan talked to her was very disrespectful he needs to be fired (not the first time Ive seen him be rude) she didn’t know how to do a split payment was it that hard to walk over to her and show her nooo he Screamed at her In front of people he was beyond disrespectful. I wanted to get my money back. They need to learn how to talk to there employees and train them. You don’t yell at your employees in front of Costumers and my 6 year old son was in the store right along with 5 other people that seen this. My son and his dad come out and tell me what was going on so I went in there. The girl was helping a coustmer I waited and she asked me how can I help you I told her I was waiting for an order and I heard what happened and I would like his name she looked scared to tell me his name. Read moreOrderd a Club sub minus tomatoes. Was told would be ready for pickup in 20 min. I arrived at the store 20 min later to find out my sub wasn't even in the oven yet. I shrugged my shoulders with disappointment and said really its not even in the oven yet? The store employee said it will only take another 5 min. I said ok and went to wait in my car. When i came back in the employee accused me of making a scene and ask me if i wouldnt do that next time. That really upset me so i educated him on what a "scene" really looked like. I raised my voice and told him you guys are very slow right now, and that this is what a scene looks looks like. Then i left. When i got home i opened my sub to find it riddled with tomatoes. The sad part about all this was that my food was made by a trainee with the manager instucting him. Pretty pathetic that the manager doesnt read the tickets before making the food and is teaching his incompetent ways to the next employee. I get guidos at least once a week, spending around $200 a month there. I will never go back...
