This is absolutely the worst Arby's that we have ever visited. I am writing about our experience from beginning to end. We passed through Independence on the way to our house yesterday in the early evening. It took about twenty minutes for our order to be completed and handed to us. The employee looked and said, oh, there was another order in front of you. She then took fries out of the bag and told her she was good.
Maybe that’s the way the employee was trained, but I’m...
