Burger King — Restaurant in Independence

Legitimately sat and listened the the all-in-one (as in shift, general and district) manager Dornelle trash talk me to her employees while the drive thru window was open. “This bitch mad at me because he card won’t run” No. I’m upset with the absolutely appalling customer service that I was given. With no one in the parking lot and no one in the drive they line, it took a solid 2 minutes of waiting prior to ordering my food. Then repeating myself 3 different times. I then get to the window and am snapped at for the total. She grabs my card and begins to ignore me. She then says it only ran for $0.84. I looked puzzled I’m sure because she smirked and barked the new total again. I hand her cash to pay what’s left. There should have been no issue. Certainly not enough of an issue to leave your window open and cuss up a storm. When I asked who the manager on duty was she said “I am.” Smug as hell, I then asked for the general manager “That’s me too.” I then asked for the district manager “that’s me.” I asked “so you’re the shift, GM and the DM and you’re working the window and speaking to customers this way?” She snaps back “you can call corporate. I ain’t got time for that” and then continues to shit talk me to the rest of the kitchen crew. She then refused to give me the number to corporate but continued screaming at me and calling me a bitch. You’re the one who chose to work there. I hope you have a back up job on the line. You are a terrible example of how a manager should act towards customers.

Sure it’s fast food, and everyone has a bad day. But I don’t spend money there to be treated like the trash that they employ. And I’m a management roll none the less.

The young girl that took our order in the drive thru couldn't get it right! It was repeated 4 times through the speaker, then again twice at the window. When the young girl repeated it back to us it was still incorrect so we brought it to her attention that no it was wrong and instead of her fixing it on the screen like she should have done she commented with well the cook has headset headset on so I'm sure he'll get it right then we get our beverages one of the beverages was more than an inch from the top so it wasn't even filled and then when we get the sandwiches my daughter looked at the hamburger the whopper that she ordered and guess what still wrong so we brought it to the ladies attention and my daughter said it's wrong like I knew it would be so the young girl went to talk to the manager then they finally bring it back well then the young girl stands there with her arms having an attitude, and then when she brought it back, and we opened it again, still incorrect, very frustrating that people who work at fast food restaurants think they deserve more money when you can't even get a simple order correct, it was horrible customer service, we felt very put out and frustrated, and the manager didn't apologize, nothing didn't even...

Some employees are cool but others really have the nerve to talk about having such standards when they really have no expectations on why this place should be known as the GHETTO KING nothing but dope heads working there and customers have fun but not too much fun I almost got sent out all because I was shaking my hips in the lobby and the manager told me to leave but one of the employees said no he's cute let him stay and I was so releved that someone had a soul there because it's not all that civilized to begin with so I just starting shaking my @ss like there is no tomorrow going work, work, work, work, work, and that is no crime I'm just being me so if they want to keep it perfesional I'm just keeping it real this Burger King is trash I actually bring color and sanity to that place actually make people want to go to work there because I'm funny and I actually know what's good it depends on who is working there they usually make my food good but others it hasn't been so fresh all in all if ur desperate go for broke on it but if not Sonic is just down the street from there so no reason to be star struck coming to this BK it's just out of desperation...
