we order here at least once a week and every time they forget something. A few times they've forgotten my soda and many many times have forgotten my sauces. normally i don't care too much cause its just a minor inconvenience but today was awful. i only had $100 cash on me so i put in the notes i would be paying with that. right after ordering i called to make sure that was ok and they said they cannot take large bills. also not a issue, i told the manager i would go get change. well i guess that was not relayed to anyone else. so the delivery driver was close to my house when i noticed he started driving away. i called to the store and asked a different manager what was going on and she said that she tried called me several times to tell me they cannot take $100 bills and the driver was already back to the store and we could come pick it up. not a issue either but we did expect at least a discount since none of this was our fault and weve waited over 1h30mins. we pick it up and ask for as discount and the lady only took away the delivery fee. so thats whatever we'll take our losses. then after driving 10 mins home the pizza was cold and gross. i called and asked if we could return these pizzas and get new ones and she said they dont take pizzas back so i said i can throw them away infront of them just to show them im not trying to get extra free pizzas. she also said no. all she said we could do was get 50% off our next order. meanwhile we spend $40 on this order and had to heat it up in the microwave and wait 2 hours to be able to eat it. i 100% understand how its like in the service industry and always give ppl benefit of the doubt but i believe we should have been reimbursed or at the very least had the pizzas remade. sorry for the book but i am...

I had placed an order Friday night directly through the website (pre-tipped) and was expecting for the order to be dropped off by a Papa John's employee. Instead, it was dropped off by a doordash driver without a hot bag. The order was cold and had to be warmed in the oven...one pizza with a lot colder than the other as if it had been cooked in a different time of day. When I called the store to ask them to trade it out for something fresh, per their guarantee the store manager decided it would be best to hang up on me instead. I don't really understand this as I was nothing but respectful and polite while on the phone with her and she's been nothing but rude and insolent. I didn't let it go and reported my experience through corporate to let them know what happened. They took the report and sent the call to the store manager Jenna again and listened in to hear what I was experiencing. The customer care rep called me back after Jenna hung up on me and assured me it would be dealt with. I called the store again to ask why I was being treated this way, I had never previously had anT issue here and had even reached out to papa johns to compliment this store previously. When I called back I reached a driver who had heard about my experience and apologized for her manager's behavior and said that there was nothing that they could do that the store manager would refund my order and not to order from there again. Not that I would want to based on this current experience anyways. I would warn against ordering from this restaurant because if there is an issue you will be treated poorly and disrespectfully by the GM here...

I am expecting it to take the longest amount of time, so it should be delivered to me around 3:45pm. When 4:00pm rolls around and still no pizza I call to check and after being on hold for 20 minutes they stated that the driver called and said that they couldn't find my residence but he got directions and it should be delivered shortly. Right after that phone call I get another phone call from the driver asking what house is mine, told him and said okay I will be there in less than 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes pass and still no pizza, I call the store back and wait on hold another 10 minutes and she tells me that the driver was already at your house once and there was no answer and I said that is false because I have been sitting here waiting for my pizza, she says okay, let me call the driver, on hold again for 15 minutes and she gets back on the phone and says that it should be there shortly. Another 10 minutes pass and still no pizza, I call back and they say they can't get a hold of the driver, if you want we can remake your pizza but it will be an hour before we can get it to you.
