Drive thru line was incredibly long so I decided to go inside to order while the rest of my family waited in the car since we wanted it to go anyway. After placing my order through the kiosk, as not a single person ever acknowledged I was even in there. Drive thru, door dash and grubhub are all wonderful conviences when needed but in the process of those conviences, people who actually walk into the establishment are completely forgotten. Had I not been trapped in the drive thru line a few days ago after finally getting close enough to order, just to be told they were out of what I wanted, I probably would've waited in the once again incredibly long line. We waited for probably close to half hour in a drive thru line, we couldn't just leave, with nothing after being told they didn't have what we wanted because there is absolutely no way to leave the line once your in it. So anywho, I go inside this time. Placed my order and waited again. For about 20 minutes this time while drive through was moving right along. Was never acknowledged a single time by anyone, except to ask if I was with door dash, to which I replied no. Waited another 10 minutes and my name was finally called. Go to get my bag and I ask for the mild sauce I had already indicated I wanted when I placed my order just be to told they were out. After waiting all this time the big kicker is........... I was the only one inside ordering and it still took half an hour. Door dash and grubhub orders were filled quickly and lined up on the counter ready to go where they just sat getting all cold and nasty. Thankfully, we don't love Taco Bell enough to do this again. Wait forever in a drive thru line, wait forever in the lobby, get cold nasty food delivered from door dash or grubhub, no thank you!! We will take our business, time and money...

Once you make sure that your order is correct you send it, Then pay at the kiosk. You then are forced to choose between giving them your email or your phone number phone number because no paper receipt is available. Only to get your food and it be incorrect Anyways even though You place the order and verify the items you wanted on your burrito/taco. Since there is no cashier you are forced to stand at the counter until someone comes over.Just for them to be annoyed By you . They're faces and they're demeanor set it all. You are a Problem for them to deal with regardless of how kind or friendly you're trying to be. You could tell they truly hated their jobs. I frequently used to go to this particular restaurant Location because they always got my food right and we're extremely friendly and kind. That is not the post covid experience. My only suggestion would be do not dine in, And double check your food before leaving for leaving the drive up window because it's likely you'll have to sit in line for another 30 minutes before getting your food corrected unless You decide to go back into the establishment where where you will then be treated as I was. Met with irritation And made to fill as if you were the problem and it's your mistake for ordering the way you did. Read moreLet me tell you I love Taco Bell. I have never had a bad experience until today. The girl that was at the window was rude. Yesterday I went through and gave my rewards at the window and the girl helped me and showed me how to use the app. Today I go through and the lady didn’t ask for my code in the drive thru. I get to the window and it’s a whole different story. You can’t add the rewards at the window because she doesn’t have a way to do it. That is not true. Not only did the lady yesterday add my rewards at the window but also added my 15% reward as well. I get you have times you are trying to beat. I used to work at a Taco Bell. Treating the customers poorly because you don’t want to add a 4 digit code is crazy to me. The name on the receipt I have is Jensen F. I work in customer service and know that is now way to be. I got my food fast but her attitude was poor. Maybe pull her off the window and have her do something easier like manning the lobby would be in her alleyway.
