Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Independence

I absolutely LOVE Little Caesars but this experience makes me not want to go back. I love the fact they have portal pick up now so I can just go in, get my food, and leave. That's where our problem began. They never texted or emailed saying our pizza was ready and yes I even made sure it was the time they gave me. We went inside and we sat down thinking it's almost done. No one acknowledged us at all so we stood up and still, the workers walked past us and didn't say a single word to anyone. Another customer who was in there before we were was mad his food was taking forever as well and wanted to leave and get a refund. When the workers finally acknowledged us, our pizza, bread sticks, and sauce were cold due to the fact it was sitting out this whole time. No one put our food in the warmers or the portal like it should've been. Apparently our pizza was sitting there before we even pulled up so who knows how long our food was out since we got there 15 minutes before it was supposed to be ready. The bread sticks we were given aren't even bread sticks. We got the shortest excuse of breadsticks. It's almost as if they took the smallest ones out of the batches to give us. Can't help but love Little Caesars. This summer with their Thin crust pepperoni and Crazy bread and sauce combo for 9.99 is a hella of a deal. Plus if you add a dipping sauce to that order you can usually find a 10 percent off coupon you can use. Not that you really need one at that price but this day and age every little bit helps. When you do add that coupon to your order my goodness you should be arrested as you are stealing the food. I mean I don't know of any other place you can feed 3 maybe a family of 4 like this for under 10 dollars with the great tasting food you get. IMHO. Right now they have a Large 2 topping pizza for 8.99. Really need more food to your other order add this and satisfy everyone and possibly have a few slices for left overs. 4-6-2023 updated tonight closed before 10:00pm. It says they are open till 10:00pm. I did pull in at 9:57pm. light off open sign off. I was coming up to see what they may have left. And closed before 10:00 I notice more and more places doing this nowadays. Can't even stay open for the scheduled time. 😒 I shared a picture of the store front closed up. I know I was there at 9:57. But it should still be open!
