Edit to my review 10/16/22: today was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had almost anywhere the the food was sub par the hashbrowns where soggy and cold. Had ordered my daughter a pink iced sprinkle doughnut cause it was her birthday and she wanted that and a "coffee" (frozen hot chocolate for her) they didn't give us the doughnut I got her bacon as well it was basically raw and all clumped/stuck together In a ball. The worst part was the lady at the window stuff 3 very large drinks in a broken drink carier having issues even picking it up she sticks it out the window and just says here as I grab it the carrier broke spilling two of my drinks all Over me my fiance and my car. No remarks from her she basically threw rhe bag of food out the window and slammed the drive through shut seeing the mess she had caused. I will not be returning and this would have been made earlier and issues would have arose at the drive through but since I had stuff planned all day for my daughter's birthday I just drove off knowing I'd...

Today, I placed a mobile order 30 minutes PRIOR to arriving at the store. I walk in to pure chaos and angry customers everyone asking for refunds. It seemed like the 20 people or so working had no clue how to actually run the shop. 5 different people asked me what I was waiting for and all said the same thingā¦were working on it. Finally the first kid that inquired came back over and asked againā¦he laughed and said oh yea I remember you from an hour ago. I took the food but after we drove off my daughter let me know the order was made wrong. This is the 3rd time in the last 2 months that Iāve ordered the $6 sandwich and been given the $2 wrap. I normally stop by 4-5 times a week but today was it for me. Weāll leave a little earlier from now on and support Bailey...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just canāt seem to have a good experience here this past year or so :( Every time I try to get something to eat here it takes so long in the drive thru, even if thereās only a few cars in line. Itās so frustrating. Most recent experience took almost 20 minutes, there were only 4 cars in front of me. We all got pulled forward to wait for food. After I finally asked the girl who handed food to one of the cars that ordered after me if she knew how much longer mine would be because I needed to get back to work, she went in to check then came out with my food a minute later, said they had been finishing up the hash browns.
