We (my two children and I) walked in just after 6:30 pm to find the help sitting in a chair from the lobby behind the register. This would lead you to believe that they would be ready to take an order and that the empty dining room was spotless. Neither was the case. Five of the ten tables needed cleaned as well as the drink filling area. The employee that took our order had just figured that the drive thru headset he was wearing was not turned on and was in a discussion with another employee that he now new why there hasn't been any orders. This was way more important than taking our order. Once our order was cooked it was placed on the counter with no announcement. You know, because the now two sets of customers were so overwhelming that none of the four employees had time to walk out to the dining room to drop off our order. Thankfully the other customer informed us that our food was ready. Now, lets discuss the beeping. Apparently the help has grown hear blind on one of the food timers. It went off so long so many times I started a lap timer. The average time was 2 minutes and 11 seconds. The time between these audio assaults was approximately 40 seconds. It seems there was an attempt to make the timer louder to alert the help that something was finished cooking. It didn't work. We experienced the same issue on a previous visit. We were not greeted on the way in. We were not thanked on the way out. The dining room was not clean. Our order came out wrong. The chance we will return is...
Read moreOrdered through the app and chose pick up inside because the past multiple times I order through the app for drive thru I have been told either pull ahead and wait, go park in the spot and wait, or you need to come inside because we don’t do app orders through drive thru. Mind you there were no cars behind me all but 1 time. Anyway, I get there and park in the mobile pick up spot, watching the mobile pick up racks while the app says my order is being made. I see employees go outside on break or to the lobby to sit down on break, but no food. 15 min after the order is placed and supposedly has been being made, I go inside and ask. They didn’t start my order.
So they start it, 5 minutes later they bring it to me, I ask for my cup, get my drink, and leave. When I get home 3 items are made wrong and trash, there is no receipt and it just isn’t worth it to call and deal with it.
I guess I won’t be going back here for a while. It was ironically amusing standing next to a table in their lobby promoting order from the app so that one can “skip our line” when I would have literally been in and out faster (and maybe even got an accurate order) if I hadn’t used the app at all.
Edit: went back again twice in the last 2 weeks, both times they messed up my order and put onions on items that says No Onion. $10 of food in the trash. Skip this place if you want ANY customization to the food. Also be sure to double check as they tend to short items on the...
Read moreThe employees are nice and friendly. But that's about all I can say that's good about this location. I've eaten, or attempted to eat here, probably a dozen times over this past year. Half the time they're closed before 10pm, even though they clearly have an open late sign and their hours say differently. And most frustratingly, sometimes the lights are off and they're not responding at the drive through, but there's a handful of cars parked alongside the building and you can clearly see employees inside. The other half of the time, and this Is literally every time I've successfully ordered food there, as I'm pulling in to the parking lot, all of the employees are outside standing around their cars smoking and they all run inside to man their stations. Not only is my wife highly allergic to cigarette smoke, but it's just gross. We can clearly smell the smoke on them as our food is getting passed to us. Time and time again I'm disappointed by my experience here. I live nearby and travel a lot for work.
