Sandwiches we very sloppy and were not cut in half as asked. They were literally falling apart. Called and told them this so they were aware and I was offered a credit. The girl came back on and then says she cant do a credit without the sandwiches back.....um ok? I had it delivered because I do not have time to leave my office. I then tell her their delivery guy can come get it if that's the issue because i had expected proper sandwiches the first time. After being on hold for a few minutes she then says they can deliver me new sandwiches if I pack up the old ones. Ok no problem, this solves the issue completely for me. It then takes them half an hour to bring the new sandwiches after taking ten for the first delivery. I called up about 25 minutes in and asked what the status of my order was, they told me it was coming but that they only had one delivery guy......yea the guy who delivered the new ones was not the same guy that delivered the first. Listen I don't mind if things get messed up, that happens, but do not lie to me, do not give me false information, and get it fixed as quickly as possible. Read moreI visited this Jimmy John’s location around 8:30 PM, well before closing at 9 PM. My boyfriend went inside to order, but the staff told him they “ran out of bread” and refused to serve him. They were also extremely rude in how they handled the situation.
When I called the store to ask for the franchise or corporate number, the manager on duty was immediately aggressive, dismissive, and hostile toward me on the phone. I decided to come to the store in person to request the number, but by the time I arrived, the doors were already locked early.
While my boyfriend and I sat in the parking lot with our 5-year-old child, trying to locate another Jimmy John’s that had bread, the manager called the police on us, falsely claiming we made threats. We were doing nothing wrong — just sitting in our car, looking up another location. It was clear to us that this was racially motivated and discriminatory behavior.
This experience was humiliating, frightening, and completely unacceptable. No family should be treated this way, especially over something as simple as trying to get a sandwich before closing time. I truly hope corporate investigates this incident and holds the manager and staff...

I asked for 12 mini sandwiches which would be like 3 footloonga just cut in 3rds. I was told they need 24 hours for catering..I said it's not catering I just want the 12 mini sandwiches in the box. No we need 24 hours. I ask what's the difference fro. Ordering 3 footlongs..he says I don't know but anything in the catering menu requires 24hrs! Dude the place is empty! What do u mean ? Then girl about to make my sandwich sneezes and I ask her to change her clothes. She was irritated..then they slap tomatoes on there so fast did I did not want and he didn't want to take them off and points to the menu and said u didn't specify. Well the Ingredients on the menu doesn't say tomatoes plus I told him it was my first time there!.. I will NEVER EVER go back the customer service is horrible! So I paid $37 for sandwiches probably won't eat because they are gonna be soagy from tomatoes for my church picnic tmrw. What a waste. These owners need to check in in their establishments cause the workers...
