LaRosa's Pizza Independence — Restaurant in Independence

Over the last three weeks, on separate occasions, I have ordered three large 'Meat Deluxe' pizzas with a large (family size) salad with grilled chicken. As I have limited walking ability, these orders were for pick up, with instructions to have them carried out to my vehicle. On the first two orders, I received the standard size salad. On the third order, the correct size salad was provided. But, they did not include the garlic breadsticks. When I called to ask about recurring problems, a manager stated it was the call center's fault for not including breadsticks on the initial order. However, two breadsticks are listed on the menu with the family size salad. The only solution offered by the manager was for me to "request a manager bring the order out to my vehicle." That way the manager will confirm accuracy of my future orders. At over $46 for a pizza and a salad, one would think they could get it right; without management...

This is literally the most toddler friendly restaurant nearby. I go almost every week with my 1 year old. He loves their spaghetti, but he likes all the attention they give him even more. Sidney is his absolute favorite ever since our first visit when she saw him eating tomatoes from my salad and brought him a whole cup full. Now, he looks for her when we go in. She always makes a point to stop and talk to him, and we have to go to the bar area to say bye when we're leaving. He loves getting to draw on the kids' menu and eats the spaghetti better here than any other food anywhere. No one has ever given us grief about getting a high chair or made me feel bad about a mess. Morgan did a great job taking care of my friends and I! We can be a rowdy bunch, barking demands and continuously changing our minds. Morgan was patient and understanding. She took time to listen to our stories and crack a joke. Even with about a dozen of us, she always made sure there was plenty to drink and that we had everything we needed. I had the traditional wings and a BLT Salad. Morgan apologized for being out of the Family Recipe Creamy Garlic Ranch Dressing and was quick to offer an alternative. The wings were cooked perfectly! They were crispy and juicy, perfectly done! Sometimes I go to a wing joint and they're overcooked and rubbery, so my expectations were exceeded at every turn!
