McDonald's — Restaurant in Independence

The food was good and fresh. We arrived at 7 pm on a Thursday evening and the floors, tables bathrooms, everything in this place was so dirty, sticky and nasty. The bathrooms had poop on the inside of the bathroom door, the stools were dirty the floors and walls were dirty also. Actually the whole entire place inside and out needs to be cleaned really bad. The outside needs power washed, they have tables outside but they are filthy also . I'm sorry but this place needs new management or something. Very unclean, had i not already paid, we would have just left and never came back. Employees hair was not clean and pulled back one employee was wearing a ball cap. I'm just telling you, the whole place and employees and their clothes and everything needs to be majorly upgraded. This is a good establishment and I will do my best to not come back next time I'm in town. I have been in alot of fast food places. This is clearly one of the worst as far as being clean. Yes the employees were nice but even for a mcdonalds, there could definately be an upgrade in how they are allowed to dress especially...

I went to mcdonalds for breakfast with the intent of ordering a breakfast burrito and a parfait to go. When I walked inside, there were 5 people in line in front of me (3 of them were ordering together) and aprox. 4-7 people waiting for their food. So, it was fairly busy but not extremely so. It took 10 minutes for me to make it to the cash register and order my food and another 10 minutes until it got to me. During this time, a manager asked her workers 3 times to get a yogurt parfait before finally giving up and getting it herself. When i got my order, I opened the burrito and found it to be completely cold. Now, typically I would not leave a 1 star review for cold food and a 20 minute wait, but there were other factors. There were plenty of people working, but none of them moved faster than a turtle while doing their jobs. Also, I have been to other Mcsonald's that were much busier but got people through much quicker. The food is never hot and fresh, most time it has been reheated especially the fries,do you know how horrible reheated. Fries taste. Yuck! Almost as bad as re heated chicken nuggets. I have been there 4 times and each time it is a disappointment. 9to12 dollars wasted each time. I never reccomend this place. Don't get me wrong there are some McDonald's that are legit this is not one of them. Well I was contacted by the manager of the local McDonald's. Very nice guy. He made my order again and it was hot and delicious. He let me know he was the new manager, and had been there for 2 months. I went in 1 week later thru the drive thru.
