Ordered A hamburger happy meal with extra fries and an additional hamburger at The drive-thru. I was handed one happy meal box and asked if my extra hamburger was in the box and I was told "it should be", so I checked. I recieved a cheeseburger happy meal with apples. No hamburgers at all. Explained that wasn't my order and handed it back. I also tried to give my receipt because they kept looking at the screen confused by what I actually ordered vs. what I recieved but they never took the receipt to eliminate the utter confusion. I was then handed a sack with what appeared from the wrapper to be a hamburger. I then received a happy meal box with what appeared from the wrapper to be a hamburger but with apples instead of extra fries. Handed back the apples and received my fries. Finally satisfied, I pulled away. Parked and checked my order again just in case. I received 2 cheeseburgers that were actually wrapped as hamburgers. I went inside this time because I'm fuming at this point. A blonde haired lady asked what she could do for me. I explained tersely that I have already received the wrong order 3 times at the window and would she look at my receipt and give me what I ordered. She proceeded to give me a refund. I explained that I wanted what I ordered and if she would look at the receipt and give me what I ordered because again I've already been given the wrong order 3 times She didn't want to listen at all nor try to understand why I was upset and still refused to give me what I ordered and decided she would show me who's boss by giving me a refund instead. Take that you loyal paying customer who frequents my store! I then called to speak to the manager who explained that the lady helping me was a co-owner. Amazing!!    Read moreUPDATE Hard to believe but itâs actually gotten worse. Now they have a person making the food who decides for themselves how you want your food. If they put something in that you didnât want, they will argue with the cashier about remaking it for you. Like you have to eat whatever she decides.
Also, I would recommend never using the mobile app for curbside. If youâre curbside, you are the absolute last consideration of anyone. Youâre behind every person in the drive thru, whether theyâve ordered or not, and youâre behind every person inside the store and youâre behind every Uber or whatever food delivery drivers happen to be there, youâre dead last. Youâve already paid. They donât care if you ever get your food.
Today it was 13 minutes of waiting, but to be fair, when I went inside they had finally just made my food. Because of course the other 20 people were already ahead of me. Then my dumb self didnât check the order, and the lady decided I wanted steak and egg bagel WITH the sauce instead of bacon and egg without the sauce. Luckily for me she can decide for me what I want. It will be a cold day in Hell before I ever return to this restaurant or their other ones on 40 Hwy and Woods Chapel. Fair warning. end of update
Be careful going here. Theyâll serve you if and when they feel like it. Theyâll screw up your order then when you ask to have it corrected youâll be at the back of the line. If an item that wasnât screwed up gets cold while you wait ten minutes, they wonât replace it with a fresh item. Your fault for having a problem. Theyâll forget to bring your mobile order out.    Read moreCame through the drive thru at 8:30 and had to pull up 3 times because no one would answer the speaker get to the window and the guy looks lost. I told him no one would answer the speaker, he blamed it on training a new person. I proceed to place my order and pay. Next window 3 people are working and Iâm given my drinks but no food. I ask for my food and Iâm told oh yeah sorry I forgot. Look at my food before leaving the parking lot and it is wrong. Go back through the drive thru tell them at the speaker this time ilmy burger was made wrong and he says he will get it fixed at the first window. Pull up and he thinks I am the next order but I remind him I had the wrong food, he said oh they will take care of that at the second window. Pull up to the second window and the 3 people working had no idea I had the wrong food even though I have now stated it twice before, and they also didnât know what to do. They had to get the manager on duty to come up and see what I needed. She then asks me to pull around and they will get it right out.
