New Mandarin House Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Independence

Awful service for it being my first experience!!!!! The first time I called to place a delivery order, I was told I lived to far and could not deliver. Keep in mind I live 10 minutes away!!! The individual then hung up on me without asking if I wanted to place an order to go or something. Second time I called, another individual took my order and stated 10-15 minutes. When I went to pick up my order, I waited 10 more minutes for it to be ready. A few days later when I checked my online banking. I come to find out I am charged TWICE!!! The first one was the actual amount the second one was the amount with the tip. I even left a TIP for them for their services like I always do with fast food. Called back the same week.....three days later. I am told my order did not exist, then I was told their computer system showed one charge after I was told it did not exist numerous of times. The individual even started arguing with me about how it was not their problem and to call my bank because it was the banks problem and could not do anything for me. Not even a refund. As I thanked him for their services and stated I would NEVER, NEVER order from them again, They rudely hang up the phone. Pay cash if you order, I would hate for someone to go through the poor customer service I received! Not...

They are so rude when I call in. They don't like answering questions and they act impatient when you ask. It's terrible customer service. This used to be my go to place but they just aren't nice . Like is it that hard to replace beef with chicken in certain combos.and the combo doesn't come with rice or anything and when you ask they say they have family combo which comes with rice and crab Rangoon and a soup , I said what soup i wanted and he said NO egg drop or hot and sour, can I just have the vegetable soup , you have it there already made NO ...... just terrible. And only if it's just bell pepper and onions. And if you say you would pay upcharge they cut you off NO. Just terrible Will never order again. Try just doin simple change like replacing beef for chicken and having more patience with customers. I get certain places have rules or certain ways of things but this particular place doesn't stick to certain ways . They have done custom orders for me before all the time . Was never a big deal and id pay extra for what i want. Guess depends on who is working that day . It's just crazy. No structure. Ps I'm a 15...

Absolute worst delivery experience EVER! I have been ordering delivery from here for almost 10 years. Wrong item delivered. I called and told them, they requested I come in to pick up correct item. Really? Was told he would call me back. Over an hour later, man calls back and asks if I have eaten incorrect item. I said yes I had some, its been over an hour. Delivery driver arrives and wants first item in exchange for new item. She storms past my bf to tell me some was eaten and she wants me to pay $3 for the new one. Really? I told her no and asked her to leave, she would not leave until she got off the phone speaking in Chinese to someone and then shoved the new item at me and finally left. I am used to people not coming into my hone unless I invite them. Were they going to resell the first item that had been in my home for close to two hours? Food is generally great but I have never been treated so rudely! This was my first complaint about...
