Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Independence

So everyone at this location is very nice and they work quickly. However, I've ordered two white mochas for my fiance, and both times they have tasted awful. I don't know if they're making it differently than other locations for some reason, or if they were taught differently. But the hot white mochas just taste gross. It tastes like a latte that's just slightly sweet and past date, it tastes nothing like a white mocha. No other locations make their white mochas like this so 🤷‍♀️ idk, maybe one of their ingredients is past date...

I'm never sure what to buy or try in these big Coffee places. I started at the first Scooter's Coffee getting Mango Colada Frappes. Just a little something I created since they don't have Pineapple. I had each employee try it and it turned out to be a big hit. This one could definitely use a bit of improvement. But it wasn't horrible. The coffee was just as expensive as Starbucks, if not more, and it was not the best ...I can honestly say I liked coffee from other places more. And I had a hot coffee and my spouse had a frap type drink ..neither was as good as the price or tasted what we thought it should have tasted like, given the ingredients we ordered.
