Stoney's Grub and Pub — Restaurant in Independence

Worst place I never ate at! Me and my family of 7 went in and sat and waited for 15 minutes. Our order was never taken. Another table asked for ketchup. I got up out my seat and retrieved them a bottle from a nearby table that had yet to be bussed (cleaned). I threw a couple dollars on the table to comp our waters and we walked out. We were looking at spending at least 200$ on food, as all of us wanted a rack of ribs and brisket meals. Server definately needs to be reprimanded and taught on how to service customers during a rush. Had she verbalized she was the only server, we may have stayed and tipped her handsomely. I had the texas sized chicken fried steak with fresh cut fries. It came with a house salad and green beans and texas toast. The fries were fresh cut and fried perfectly. The steak was excellent but if you lack a large appetite go for the regular sized one. The texas sized one covered half the platter and the fries the other half. The white gravy was very flavorful. I would give it zero stars. Waited for 20 mins. The waitress brought us drinks and she went to serve other people. Look at us and didn't say a word to us. She went back to serve other people. Could have told us she was the only server that day or will be right us, just give her a minute. We couldn't wait any longer for a server to just ignore us. So we left and waitress said sorry I was just about to take your order. Well it's to late. Hire more staff, other customers was complaining about...
