The bagels are good, but the service is so slow. The cashier and person making the food need to have a little more pep and understand that people can't wait forever to get a bagel with cream cheese. Also, this place doesn't open until 8:00 on most days except for Saturday. Most people have to be at work earlier than this time. When I went in on Thursday and today most of the bagels had sold out or weren't made yet. Not really looking for a beef tallow or jalapeño bagel. Where are the blueberry, chocolate chip, cinnamon raisin bagels? Finally they had a child behind the counter "working" with mom...no gloves, no hat...isn't this against industry food service policy. Some of the hold up with my order was the child wanted to bag bagels and didn't know how to use the tongs. My neighbor was telling me she waited 30 minutes for sandwiches because they were running behind, but she was the only one in the store. She said she had tried multiple times to call her order in earlier that morning but no one would...

Why haven’t I left a review yet?! Forget impersonal chains, this gem is pure family magic. The bagels? Perfection! Cream cheese? Flavors galore! My wife and I visit and want to order one of every bagel! Our favorites… jalapeño, everything, Asiago, blueberry! And each one is paired so perfectly with their cream cheese options! Their Asiago bagel with scallion cream cheese… oh my goodness. The jalapeño cream cheese… holy cow. The blueberry cream cheese with the blueberry bagels… sublime. But the real star is the warm, welcoming vibe. The owners treat you like family, remembering you and sharing genuine smiles. Please support them! We used to order their bagels when BagelGram would deliver and now they are just down the street! I’ll try to take pictures of the bagels but they don’t last long enough for me...

These are great bagels!! I found them recently and have already orders 4 times! Originally from the north, I haven't found a truly great bagel like ones I would find up there until I heard about BagelGram. You must try them. They have a huge selection of savory and sweet flavors with various limited time flavors offered periodically...my favorites so far are the S'mores and Asiago, with Sundried Tomato a close second. I order them online and they just appear on my doorstep during their set delivery schedule to my area. They have expanded their delivery area to so many different areas now so I highly recommend getting some bagels. You won't be disappointed! They also have a brick and mortar store...
