I donāt usually leave reviews because I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and I understand things happen but it has gotten to the point that I need to. This location is closest to my house and job so I usually hit up this dunkin 3-4 times a week. Unfortunately I donāt know if I will be doing that any longer .The customer service is so hit or miss(definitely better in the morning). But I never know how I am going to get treated. I am 100% with tipping your barista and people who take care of you through the window. But as someone who has served I think it goes both ways- you take care of me and I will take care of you. But recently on top of the bad attitudes I am getting fed up with my drinks tasting completely different every time I come and my food being scorched. You should know better than to send a sandwich that is so burnt itās black out of the window.One positive note I have for the staff is that they do get their drinks made fast and out the window for you. I am disappointed this has been my experience recently because it was my #1 breakfast place to stop in at and I like the convenience of the drive through in the morning before work compared to the starbucks across the street. Dunkin is also cheaper and the food is better in my opinion.I would have gone in and gotten my sandwich fixed but I didnāt even open it before I was just about to go into work. I was just shocked they would even send this out of the window. It just shows how much they care about...

My final straw was last week at the drive-thru when the woman working window in her early 20s with large glasses read back my drink order with a snobby tone, correcting the way I pronounced caramel saying ādonāt you mean to say Care-uh-melā? (I call it ācar-melā) We pull up to the drive-thru window and the same woman is talking on her cell phone for at least 2-3 minutes. She looks over at us, doesnāt speak and starts making drinks. Thereās only one other customer in the store. After waiting 5 minutes, I get the attention of a younger guy working at the front, he asks us what our order was, then picks up 2 drinks that were sitting on the counter the entire time. š¤¦š¼āāļø He didnāt say anything except ask for my $. The timestamp on our cups was SEVEN MINUTES prior. Thereās no other customers. Unbelievable!! Drinks were lukewarm,half full and burnt sandwich, same things happened last time. We frequent Dunkinā at least twice a week but we are not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI feel bad because I know the employees here probably make just above minimum wage and it is very difficult to care about a job that doesn't allow you to make a livable wage...but c'mon. I've ordered from here via the app many times now to show up and find out they don't have what I ordered. I get that things happen, but the app should do a better job of tracking/updating inventory or they should call customers to let them know what they ordered isn't available. Or at the very least, tell them when they arrive instead of throwing random items in a bag and not mentioning it at all. I ordered a lemon donut, I don't know how not asking me what I would want instead and just tossing a frosted chocolate donut with a blueberry donut in a bag (and making a huge mess) was the way to go. I keep trying to give them chances, but this is a constant and the drinks aren't ever even any good. Guess I'll just go to the Starbucks down the road from now on.
