Arby's — Restaurant in Indiana

I got the greek gyro. It has very little dressing, one thin slice of onion and very little lettuce and the other half of a tomato who knows. Needless to say the worst gyro I've ever had. This used to be a great Arby's and I always looked forward to my trip in that region. But over the years it has went straight down hill. Very disappointed. You should not have to go in and talk to the manager every single time you go to this place, while being told they are individually owned. Does that mean we need to ask if they are franchises or individually owned, before ordering something? Won't be back I decided this time This is why certain conglomerates that used to be top ranked places across the states are now fighting to stay alive. Think when selling off franchises conglomerates need to still make sure they are keeping up to standard, or enlist a heavy fine. This way you won't be losing your business because of your own employees that don't care about you. If they want to do it their way cut them off and let them do just that. First let me say the burger was delicious absolutely. The service on the other hand was horrible.

1st. They had a whole women staff there that day but for some reason my girl expressed to me that the lady restroom was disgusting.

2nd. We walked in to see 1 employee and 1 customer leaning on the counter talking. I stood for around uh and three minutes listening to them talk before I decided to sit. They continued for another two minutes before the employee decided to take my order.

3rd. It was a slow rainy saturday at 4 on top of that almost everyone was at derby or a derby party. I saw 1 car go through drive through the whole time I was there. For some reason though it took around 15 minutes to get my sandwhich which was made so rushed that the bun on the bottom of the sandwhich was on one side of the box while the meat was on the other which a bun thrown onto of it.

Once again the food was great but the all Corydon female staff was worse than mcD's So bad that I actually saw a customer come in order, wait, and then decide she would go to taco...

We are here because we were coming home late from the lake Saturday. I noticed there was one lady working and she was hastily preparing the sandwiches in between handling cash money and the register. This did not look sanitary and she was putting sauce on sandwiches with same bottles over and over again and handled register without hand washing or changing gloves. She appeared overwhelmed with no staff to help her. I want to say that when a worker or manager cuts staffing and corners to pretend like they are running the restaurant in an acceptable manner and in exchange giving customer's food poisoning you are actually doing a disservice to those who trust the Arby's brand. The food made me sick and it has taken over 3 days for me to feel better. Not to mention we paid $24 for a meal that made 2 of us sick and the roast beef was lukewarm. CLEAN IT UP ARBYS !
