Gave 5 stars to show you this message. Eat anywhere else but here. Took about 3 hours for dinner 3/18/23. No sign to seat yourself, no staff was around but an older guy who told us to seat ourselves after my husband went and asked what do we do after standing by the door for a good while. Sat in the back room as everything else was full. A hour later went to the bar and got someone who was going to send a waitress/waiter. 20 minutes or so after that someone comes over snippy we was sitting in there and moves us up front. We order drinks, get no straws, refills sat empty for about 40 minutes on drinks. Mashed potatoes was about 70 degrees, medium steak was raw all around the edges, not rare, raw. Cheese on loaded fries had went cold before coming to the table and was a solid mass. Dinner was $114 for 3 adults 2 children and I would rate the food quality 1/2 of a star. Plus side they had gluten free menu online and I have celiac so we couldn’t just go find something else. I see lack of management and proper training in this establishment. If those issues were corrected it has potential to be a great little sit in restaurant but we will not be giving this place another try. Typically we give a place 3 bad experiences to review or not return but this place struck out in one night. I hope they use this experience to better train their staff and don’t treat other travelers like this in the future as we can’t just go home and...
Read moreMy first time eating at a Beef O' Bradys. Food was excellent. I ordered the Zombie Dust IPA on Rudy's recommendation and it was just what an IPA should taste like. Had the onion rings for an appetizer and they were cooked to perfection - crispy on the outside, and soft and moist on the inside. The boom-boom sauce that came with it was spicy and tangy. Salad was all fresh, and not with boring iceberg lettuce, but a wonderful spring mix. I'm not crazy about diced tomatoes as I prefer sliced or wedges but it was fresh so who cares. Had the surf and turf entree. The steak came medium-rare as requested and the grilled shrimp were firm but not overcooked and rubbery. Rudy provided excellent service and all in all it was a great experience. However, in order to give it five stars the cleanliness needs some attention. I was told to sit wherever I liked which is great, but it took some time to find a table that didn't have crumbs on the seat cushions. And the bathroom was horrible. Needs major work. Also I noticed there was no hot water at the sink. So it makes you wonder if there is hot water for dish washing. My appetizer plate was greasy with fingerprints all over so I didn't use it. I will definitely come back next time I'm in town and hopefully they will have remedied these issues. Maybe the hostess who stood by the bar most of the time fiddling on her phone could pick up a rag and clean some of...
Read moreCustomers walking to and from restrooms without masks, bartender had a terrible cough but allowed to interact with customers. Bartender was wearing a mask, however. They have no idea how to control TVs or volume. They even remarked they cannot change the TV channels in the bar area. What if someone came to watch a specific sporting event. I'm sure they would leave and go somewhere else. Music was loud. They did eventually figure out the music and TV volume but took quite an effort. Felt more like a bar than a family sports pub as advertised upon arrival. New manager was as inexperienced as they come but did a good job as best that I could tell. Food was very good though. Kind of makes me wonder what direction this location is going. Not even close to what it was since being purchased by corporate. In the past I would have always rated this location as a five star for service and quality of food. Something felt terribly different about this particular visit. Not greeted at the door. The bartender yelled from the back to sit where ever we liked. P.S. our server was very nice and did an...
