Bruno's Pizza - Granger — Restaurant in Indiana

I have been ordering Pizza from Bruno’s in Granger for years now, never had any issues up until the last year. The last 3 times I have had bad experiences. The first time I ordered carry out, when I got home the pizza was completely burnt. I tried calling and No one answered, I even left a voicemail and never received a call back from the manager. The second time I ordered pizza they quoted me 30 minutes, I arrived 5 minutes late and they didn’t even have my pizza in the oven so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. This evening I ordered pizza and the Philly sandwich for the first time. It looked delicious online. When I arrived for carry out, there was 5 employees working, three of them were sitting on their phones. My pizza was done but they hadn’t started on my sandwich yet. Therefor I had to wait another 10 minutes. By the time I got home our pizza was cold and the sandwich was so sloppy put together. There was barely any meat on it, all I could taste was bread. Overall I am very disappointed in my previous experiences with them, as a frequent customer I will be ordering pizza from somewhere else...

Ordered online and I live less than 5 minutes away. I have been a customer for years. An hour passed and no pizza. I called and was trying to explain the situation to the young lady who answered and she could care less. Did not even apologize. I even explained I was sick. I had to remind her twice to cancel my order and refund my money. The pizza has always been hit or miss, but the store always treated well, until today. I have never left a online review ever before, but the rudiness and lack of empthany motivated me. Do your self a favor and do not ever buy from this store. When I looked at my bill they charged me a fee for ordering online + delivery and then take over an hour to deliver is ridiculously. I still never recieved my refund and now I will have to battle my credit card company. No one should be treated that way. I was left with the impression my business doesn't matter and I do not matter. I highly recommend never...

Ordered multiple pizza’s for a party. When told there is a little bit of a wait for pick up due to the size of order & other orders was understandable. Staff was clear & polite, reassuring they take every order with care. Arriving at the store, I was greeted with smiling faces even when they were backed up with take out customers. On top of that my family & friends were over the moon with the quality & it was like I pulled it out of my own oven! Cheese was super gooey, crust was perfectly crispy throughout & the amount of toppings for the price blew me away!! Bruno’s staff you rock! The only spot I will forever order from!! 5 stars wish I could give more!...
