Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Indiana

I couldn't give it a rating for Atmosphere, because I've never been to the physical location, but I have (with the exception of two occasions) been very pleased with the various orders I've placed at this location since moving to the area two years ago. After the first time I received a disappointing order, I didn't do anything, and almost chose to never order from there again. But after I gave it another shot, and that order was equally.... less than impressive, lol, I decided to call in and speak with a manager about why I was deciding to never order from there again, giving detailed descriptions of why the food I had received shouldn't have been made for human consumption, the manager convinced me to give them another chance, offering to send me a much better pizza. I took his challenge on.... Well... let me tell you.... that next pizza was worlds apart and in quality, from the buttery crust to the even distribution of the individual ingredients that were obviously fresh and perfectly cooked,.... night and day from the previous two pizzas. Anyway, I called and spoke with another manager a few orders later and told him I wasn't calling to complain about anything, and I just wanted to say thank you for getting the food RIGHT ON POINT for several orders since those two disappointing experiences, and the dude was nice enough to give me a free pizza for calling in to thank them for getting it right! Kudos for the warm-hearted management...

If I could give them no stars I WOULD. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. First of all they never answer the phone, even when they aren't busy and I called them for an hour straight wondering where my food was. This is ridiculous!! Half the time the phone would only ring once forcing me to believe that they were making the call end early, what is this someones personal phone? I thought this was a professional business. I'm so glad I opted to pay upon delivery because I would have been scammed. Also the entire time you're watching the tracker for this restaurant it says that the food is still being prepped. Not once does it change, so you never know when the food gets done. I've never had this issue with dominos before. This store has the worst customer service ever and I'm warning you not to order here unless...

Wasn’t big fan of Domino’s until I moved to Indians, PA. Weren’t many around my prior home(s). First order I picked up, was impressed with food. Since then, ordered delivery about 6-8 times. At first I wasn’t into delivery fee but I don’t order $8 worth of food more like $30-$60 of food. I’m past delivery fee. —- I order online with a coupon, never had a forgotten item, food is really food. Comes quickly. — I was surprised last time I went outside to get my food (contactless delivery) . The stack of food larger then my normal order. Brought food in. Besides my normal order then delivered two extra items. I tied extra items first. They were hot, and not leftovers. They were tasty. — This is how business is done.
