QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Indiana

They're going through early teething troubles and I fully anticipate a future visit raising this score, but right now there's some rough edges.

Six employees, no customers in store. Still multiple problems with my order that was enough food for three people.

Had I walked out without checking the bag in front of them I would've been shorted $10 of chips and queso, and when I got home I discovered whoever made my bowl added an ingredient I didn't order and can't eat, likely on autopilot from making the bowl in our order that DID have that ingredient.

I'm down to give the place another try, but right now you don't get a lot of protein, the lettuce is almost used like a barrier to hide how little you got of everything else. I watch somebody order pickled onions and get exactly five slices of it carefully placed on top as a garnish.

It may not have as much in the way of options, but there's another burrito chain literally in the same complex, so here's hoping Qdoba doesn't rest on...

Would give zero. Food was good as normal, BUT we went in and ordered at 7:45pm. We asked the two guys behind the counter when they closed and they said 9. We proceeded to order our food, and moved to check out. In the middle of checking out a random girl came from no where and said you’re taking this to go. I said we were going to eat here, she said no we close in 4 minutes (8pm). I said they said 9 so I guess we will then. Keep in mind all signage and online says they close at 9. I joined their club this morning wanted to give them a try offered chips and queso for free but on in-store purchase only called talk to them for 1 minute they said no problem I completed my order online they still give me the chips and salsa I have a special child and can only go in for a minute to pick up my food and leave I was in I was out amazing experience thank you so much for your great customer service it's so hard to find and I appreciate it so much I will absolutely be back and by the way the food was amazing portion taste loved it and a special thank you to the...
