Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Indiana

I placed an order at 9:18 pm. At 9:40 pm, I still had not received my order so I called the store. The employee who answered said my order should have been delivered and that the driver just rerouted back to the store. So, I searched outside and did not see it. So, I called back at 9:50 pm and spoke with the same employee. This time, the employee said my driver must have dropped it off at the wrong house and that they were going to make a new order and send it out right away. At 10:05 pm, when the store closed at 10:00 pm, I had still not received my order so I decided to call the store and just have my order cancelled. Once again, I spoke with the same employee and was informed that my order would be cancelled and refunded back to my card. While doing so, the employee offered no explanation into what happened, did not apologize for the inconvenience, was short each time I called and seemed to be annoyed with me regarding the situation. I ordered the Italian and the turkey tom. The Italian, while slightly overpriced, was delicious. However, the turkey tom was more like what I imagine Bob Cratchets turkey to be before Scrooge woke up Christmas morning. I ordered the Turkey Tom expecting a majestic feast of Thanksgiving proportions. What I got was two sad, transparent slices of turkey—so thin I could read the receipt through them. I’ve seen more meat on a vegan’s cheat day.
