I was treated with disrespect from the kitchen staff tonight. Not sure if it was the manager or not. I handed the cashier the wrong card and she told me the balance. I asked for her to take an item off so I could pay in cash. The kitchen person behind her said the item was already made and that I needed to figure it out. I was stressing because I was wondering what happened to all the money in my account. I looked in my wallet and realized it was the wrong card so I handed her the right one and asked to be charged for the item. The guy behind her nodded at me like he was affirming the fact that he made me pay the balance for the item made. This was around 11:20pm tonight. I've been in the restaurant industry for 15 years so I know food cost is an issue but never in my life would I have ever created an unprofessional situation like this one. It's a $5 item it is not worth losing a customer over or creating a situation or confrontation like that. I will probably avoid this taco bell for a while. Read moreOne of the worst place ever I have been in my lifetime and Taco Bell. Let’s start with manger who doesn’t give any care to customers at all. She is most rudest person I have ever seen. Her name is Patricia and who refuse to give me GMName and refuse to help me. After spending $76.92 got crappy food that was made apparently by her that looks gross and me and my son watched her made food. She made all food with one gloves becuase we had more than half of our food vegetarian and chicken and rest was made with same time without changing her gloves. Also scratching her low pants where she was touching her self when you cooking is not good at all. I am disappointed and disgusted by this. Lastly where my son asked for some fire sauce she said no. We are out but by window side we can see they are giving out. So is this Taco Bell new policy where you have to be rude to your customers and tell them to move along after they paid you money. Read moreI wanna start off this post by saying that I am a Taco Bell lover. Taco Bell has to be one of my most favorite fast food places. However, this Taco Bell has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any eating establishment. The lobby is always closed, and they always close before they’re supposed to. We made a mobile order online for this address and they acted like they didn’t have it. So we showed them proof of the order on the phone we ordered it from and only then did they find the order. Then they proceeded to service the wrong food. When we let them know that the food was incorrect they took the food back through the window which is a health violation. Then, after about 15 minutes we received the correct food. The employees used a very rude tone of voice the entire interaction.
