Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Indiana

I placed my order at 6:13pm. I order one cheese stuffed crust pizza and 2 of the crazy puff party packs. I got an estimated pick up time of 6:39pm. I arrived at the store at 6:34pm. I knew my food wouldn't be ready yet but wanted to get it when it was hot and get it back to my kids who had to get in bed for school.

I was not handed my order until 7:25pm. Almost a full hour after my estimated pick up time. When they handed me my food, I was missing one of the crazy puffs and I told them that. They took my food in the back and came out a few minutes later. When I arrived home at 7:31pm, 6 minutes after I received my food, it was cold. Not warm... COLD. like it had been sitting for an hour or more. The cheese pizza was not stuffed crust. And the cheese steak puffs look like they were dropped on the floor. The pepperoni puffs are cold to the touch and the cheese puffs are SORT OF warm.

Do you think anyone apologized for my wait? Do you think a manager came out from the back one single time? Do you think they offered me anything.. a sauce cup, a cheesestick.. ANYTHING at all? Nope.

I work in food service. I get that mistakes happen. But in my place of work, that food would have never went out my door. ESPECIALLY to a customer that had been waiting an hour for their food!!!

This was horrible service and horrible food and every single one of those employees should be ASHAMED of the food they served...

Showed up roughly 4pm yesterday (Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025) and there was one woman in front of me in line. She ordered her food, I then ordered mine. We were both told it would be 10-15 mins. Then the employee behind the counter went into the back with his two colleagues and proceeded for the next hour to not address any customer coming in or out the door. The phones rang, no phones were answered. I couldn't believe there was exactly nothing pre-made. These employees, and I realize they are making nothing, but I have never seen employees care less about their work. Something about this store has to change. I received my 'Hot-N-Ready' pepperoni pizza and Crazy Bread with sauce at 4:47p, nearly an hour after I placed my order. If I had gotten a receipt, I would have just left and gotten a refund....

I don't know if it's just Little Caesars in general or just this store. I have seen a significant uptick in quality at this location in particular over the past year or so. From the toppings, cheese, sauce, crust and any extras, I've seen the quality skyrocket. I haven't had a bad experience at this location for a year. Every time I go in, the staff is helpful, even when it's just a trainee working, and they all show great customer service skills. And the ratio on the toppings is near perfect every time. The crust is never burnt or raw. Keep doing whatever you guys are doing!
