Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Indiana

I work across the street at a hotel and have recommended them over 200 times to people. I personally only like their cheese bread because the pizza is completely flimsy, has no sauce and is entirely too greasy for not having much of a taste anyway. We are offered discounts for recommending them and trust me, they know we bring them a ton of business. When I called today, the associate on the phone told me that I would have to order over the 8 dollar minimum. I then told him that I order all the time and that it had never been a problem. He responded by saying that it was the fault of his other employees and that they are not supposed to be doing that. At that point I told the associate to nevermind and hung up the phone. I don't usually write bad reviews or go off on food businesses when they mess up, however, this was not a first for them. Out of the about ten cheese breads that I ordered with EXTRA pizza sauce, about 6 of them were correct and I never complained because I got it for cheap. I had an average tip rate of about 2 dollars to drive somewhere that you can throw a baseball to darn near and they already have built-in driver fees obviously so I'm sure they were happy to make some quick 2.50 tips off me for doing hardly anything. I will no longer be advertising at all on my shifts for Marco's Pizza and I am recommending the same...

Best pizza in Roseland area! And I stand by that still. I dropped this to a 4 star recently.. and for a very important reason.. The cashier with the dog collar makes sure that nobody gets in the front door without a mask. I find nothing wrong with this, so long as you're not disturbing the customer and their purchase. But that is not the matter at hand.. the matter is that your employees are openly vaping in front of customers while preparing food INSIDE the kitchen. Whether it's just water vapor, nicotine, or drugs is none of my business, but rather it is an extremely unprofessional, unsanitary, and unsatisfying feeling knowing I'm paying for that unprofessionalism. Food is outstanding though! I've never had a messed up order. Keep the same strict standards you have in the front of house, in the back of house as well. I know I wont question whether or not my foods been coughed on or fogged over with whatever was being inhaled by the pony tail guy if he doesn't do it right in front of me. Or at least hide...

This is the worst location by far! There’s no professionalism at this location and there are some serious cleanliness issues. I watched the person working the counter put callers on hold when she picked up the phone, without even saying so much as “hello”. There were about four calls that came in while I sat there. If you called Saturday 5/11 around 9pm, your call was placed on hold for no reason. The cashier stood there with her face in her hand and stared at a screen. When she did walk around, it looked like her stomach was hanging from under her shirt. The health department should really inspect this place. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location. Try a different one. The cleanliness would be worth going...
