McDonald's — Restaurant in Indiana

Oct 30th 2018 1:00 pm- ordered a Diet Coke through the drive-through. Was handed an extremely messy cup with soft drink splattered all over every side of the cup at the drive-through. Asked the attendant to clean the cup before she handed it to me. She quickly wiped the cup and after one drink I realized that it was a Dr. Pepper. I handed the Dr Pepper back to her and she proceeded to scream to the other employees that’s the third time I’ve had someone tell me that this is Dr Pepper and not Diet Coke. She then filled another cup and before she put the lid on it she moves the cup up to her nose no less than an eighth of an inch from her nose in order to smell it. I told her I did not want that drink and she said why and I said because you held The unopened drink up to your nose. She got irate and told me that her nose never touched that drink. And then she said that I was going to have to pull up and wait until she fixed me another one. There was no way I was going to take a drink from this woman. She was angry -she was frustrated and she was very impolite to a customer. I told her that I didn’t want another drink from her and she said that I needed to pull up and wait for my $1.07. I pulled up and waited and receive my refund I asked the employee for the name of the manager . She said that the manager was Sarah. I asked for a phone number to call Sarah and was told that I could look it up on the Internet. I looked at the phone number for the McDonald’s at LaFollette parkway and called several times only to have it ring nonstop with no answer and no message. So I decided to write this review. So I came here with my mom and nephew like I have so many times and for some reason this time was the worst experience ever! 1 I should say I’m a ex employee at this location and I left bc of life and I shouldn’t have to explain anything else but I left and I have mostly came threw the drive through since I have quit but I have came in a few time this time being one of them. So I ordered food and out of the corner of my eye when I was talking to the person taking our order I see the manager and another employee whispering I shrugged it off and continued my order well we got our drinks I ordered a sweet tea and I took a big swig of it and it was not sweet at all so I go up there the manager is standing looking at the screens looks at me and looks back at the screen idk if she has a problem with me but i shrugged that off to took another drink of my tea and it was the same so I just ended up getting soda oh well. So I go the sit down and eat my food and I open my triple cheeseburger up it’s how I ordered it but it’s on one of the nasty potato buns y’all have and I don’t like them so I take it up there it took 15 mins for someone to help me manger standing there seen me several times the girl upfront was working on DoorDash orders and this is how I for sure knew the manger that I have personally worked with had a problem bc this manger never had a problem coming up and handing out a order mad the girl stop what she was doing to hand out the order bc she didn’t wanna come up there bc I was up there!! After finally talking to the girl explaining what was wrong the my sandwich it took 5 mins for my sandwich wo come out like man this is ridiculous!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0...

Horrible customer service!!! Went thru drive thru at 10:30 pm, they close at midnight. Ordered sweet tea with our meals (the whole reason I eat at McDonald’s is for the sweet tea). Took forever and there was only 1 car ahead of us, finally got our food, pulled away from the window and took a big gulp of unsweetened tea. Went back thru drive thru to let them know of the mistake and to get sweet tea. I was asked to pull to the second window, but the employee at the second window walked away. When he came back, he tried to hand me someone else’s food. I then proceeded to tell him that I got unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet. He tells me that they are out of sweet tea for the night and asks if I want something else. I said no, I will just wait for more to be made. He tells me that he CAN’T make any?????? They are still open for another hour and a half? If it were fries would they tell me that they are out for the night and won’t be making any more?? This was plain laziness and horrible customer service! They should have told me they were out when I ordered, instead they intentionally gave me the wrong drink. After all that, I just asked for sweetener to do it myself. To top it all off, after I left I realized that they made my cheeseburger without cheese???
