One handicapped space and deliver who's not disabled uses it. What you may not see is it is also sprinkling. A extremely handicapped elderly person had to walk in rain because of an overweight lazy person. I paid for my pizza which lady said they were being boxed up . She walked away and never came back. She was very skinny and dirty looking. 10-20 later a very nice lady with small scar from the New Albany store came over and helped me. She was amazing!! I typically go to New Albany papa johns.I have seen her several times at New Albany. She said New Albany is her moms store she runs. She literally was non stop working the entire time I was there. I stood at the counter hoping that someone would help me. I watched every person standing around for several minutes and not one helped me. She built up several doughs and then ran over to help me. She was very nice. If it was based off her I would give 5 stars. Based off the other I would give negative stars. She is the only reason I am giving it 2 stars. Sad part this lady is going to probably get sick of working with lazy people and quit before New Albany opens that Papa johns back up. We went in and spent almost a hundred dollars on pizza and when we asked for cheese and pepper packets we were then charged four dollars and some change as the MANAGER proceeded to bring us back FOUR packets. That’s it. We asked why we were charged when we have never been charged before and she just stared at us like we were aliens and said each packet is 60 cents a piece. No. We have NEVER been charged in the 30 years we have been going. So I said that’s fine. Can we have your corporate managers/office number and she said no you can not. I will not give that to you. So Katie, do better. Take classes on customer service. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Read moreI’ve had several experiences with this restaurant not delivering on their brand promise of “better ingredients, better pizza”. The last time I ordered pizza and prepaid online, I was charged 13.90 for a two liter when I bought one in the store during my pickup. Instead of ringing it up separately, the employee edited the order and tried to get it as close to my online pricing.
I called and spoke with manager on duty and was told she couldn’t refund the money and told me to call Corporate. I called Corporate twice. Both times I was told that the Manager from the store would call me back within 48 hours. No one ever called. I completed the online survey and had someone email me and call me to let me know my refund would show back in my account in 5-7 business days.
