I should have rated and reviewed sooner but I was so busy I couldn't get to it soon enough, so here it is! On 8-16-2024, Friday around 9:30 p.m. me and my husband stopped by for the first time at this location. We ordered 2 pizzas - epic stuffed crust pizzas, 1 sausage, 1pepperoni and 4 extra garlic butter cups - simple right? Wrong... first when we got home with the pizzas the pizza box was super soaked with grease on bottom of both pizzas, I know it's common but these were sitting on a puddle of this stuff! 1 of the garlic cups was busted open halfway, causing a mess! Both pizzas had bland taste- not fresh or good right taste that we experienced at other locations. Pizzas were not well done as we specified online when we ordered also. Pizza slices were so flimsy from sitting on so much grease or whatever was under the pizzas that the slices drooped straight down when held up! All together with the quality, appearance and taste - it was all terrible! So unfortunate for us as this was our first time ordering from this location, this will be our last! Seriously! We love papa Johns but stay away from this particular location! If this is the quality of the pizzas on a Friday night your better off going elsewhere or perhaps another franchise in another town! Trust me you will not waste...
Read moreOn a 2 separate occasions I have ordered for delivery both times they have been more than an hour late this time it was canceled completely. I was given a Promo code for the last time this happen redeemed and it was canceled shortly after. This is very disappointing I won't be doing business with Papa John's ever again if they don't get their act together.
Papa johns your days are numbered first I order a pizza and it's over an hour late. Then I get a free pizza promo for the late pizza and then you cancel my order because the doordashers car broke down and I can't use the promo anymore because its been redeemed for a pizza i never got. First of all the reason I order off the web site is to have it delivered by papa johns not doordash. And secondly if you have a customer that has been waiting again over an hour for the pizza you shouldn't just cancel the order. What you do as a manager/supervisor you get in your car and deliver the pizza Now you have lost a customer because of all this and I'm not just a once in a while customer I was a 7 to 8 time a month customer spending Anywhere from 50 to $70 each time. When I walked in the store a female (forgive the assumption) with an arm sling on told me that she didn't have my order (I ordered through the app) but after a moment she found it. She asked me to come back in 5 minutes. I came back in the store after 7 minutes and she asked if I wanted to place an order. I said "I have a to go order." She said they "didn't have an order under that name." I said "I actually know that you do...I was in here minutes ago." I received a look of what I feel was distrust with a side of distane. She then promptly found my order. Prior to our 2nd convo she was dealing with another customer and stopped their interaction to yell at 2 employees in the back "If y'all are gonna be loud y'all need to go somewhere else!" Then she decided to pseudo apologize to the customers and explain that they were "terminating an employee" at the moment.
