Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Indiana

When you call Pizza Hut and ask a question someone on the phone named Michelle should not be rude and said are you going to order this pizza or not lady! When you have to talk to a manager some employee gets on the phone and pretends to be a manager I did not find this out to the next day when supposedly the district manager pretty much agreed with how I was treated I've been going to this Pizza Hut for over 6 years this is deplorable no one should be talked to that way you depend on us for your paychecks I'm a very polite person did not lower myself to act the way they were acting to me but would even the district manager is rude and disrespectful to your customers what does that say? he also told me my pizza we'll be ready in 10 minutes, going to find out was sitting on the counter by the time I got it it was ice cold! I don't care if your food is the most amazing food in the world the way you treat your customers is a way that they're going to perceive you and leave a bad taste in their mouth when Pizza Hut advertises buy a pizza in your next one is free and then they don't give you that free pizza and then try to argue and fight with you just to get what they advertise is simply horrible is deplorable and it's false advertisement when Pizza Hut says buy a pizza in your next one is free and you don't get that and then you call customer service and pretty much everyone ignores you Pizza Hut and Crawfordsville is got to be one of the...

I stopped after work it was about 4p.m. They were so busy at this time. I was given a menu per my request. The young man behi d the counter went on to take the next customers order, then stepped back to help box and prep food for the drive-thru and in house. Yes, he washed his hands( for those that needed to know.. Anyway, about 10 minutes later, my order was taken by a young lady behind the counter. Mind you all, it was a Friday, these people were so busy!!! My pizzas were ready and as I was paying, the young man that had started to take care of me came up to the counter and began to apologize for not tending to me. I told him, no need to apologize. You're all very busy and have customers every where today. I tell you, between the hour of 4-5, these people were on "FIRE". This crew rocked it out like I've never seen. Customers walking in were seated immediately, those at the counter were helped, the kitchen was jumping. This was just so perfectly in tune. This crew really worked insync with each other. It was just awesome. Keep up the GREAT JOB ALL!! Management at Crawfordsville Pizza Hut, I applaud you in training and hiring this great grow of people you had on staff this day( Friday,Dec. 6). My friend and I ate dinner at Crawfordsville Pizza Hut on Friday June 20, 2025. We had a good waitress and she was being ran crazy because of lack of help on the floor. She never said a word but we seen her working in all areas and this is not a good policy for customers, employees, or Pizza Hut. Then when we got ready to go to check out the young lady was so rude and had such a attitude- don’t know her name she was tall and thin with black hair and wore black glasses nice looking young lady! With a sharp tongue and attitude! We or I was going to pay half and my friend was going to pay half and you would have thought we had asked her to jump off the roof she walked away and asked our waitress to come and ring us out! Well I worked in the hospitality industry for 47 years and subbed for North Central Parke School corp. and other schools . I would say that she needs a course on learning to be appealing in the public. Crawfordsville has always been our favorite Hut in the area and I have been to all of them.
