Do not rent from here. You will harrassed. i have rented from them for 3 years with no incident. My position was eliminated from the compan i was working with and i let them know that. Laura said she would work with me and i kept in contact. She said i could make partial payments but when i went to do so she wasn’t going to let me leave until i paid my laptop off (which is how i make my money. working on my laptop). the point of this is that they will lie and do unethical things to get you in their office. i understand this is their job and i am to pay the money.But they lied to me about the pay off price and when i wanted to pay it, she told me it doesn’t work that way and i had to pay 3 times the amount she had given me. These guys will go on their personal numbers and text you too. The manager is now stalking me through social media, messaging me from her personal facebook profile. for those of who don’t know, this is illegal. i let her know i’d be in friday (2days from now) to pay off the account and she said ok, but then told me she needed to have it today which makes no sense. This is the first time be ever missed something. they knew what was was going on and agreed to work with me. THEY ARE HOPING YOU DEFAULT SO THEY CAN COLLECT YOUR MONEY AND AND SOMEONE ELSE’s by making you pay a fee while renting it out so someone else? I would recommend American Rental over this company. The day we went in there and made the purchase for two consoles was great. Everyone was very helpful answered all questions and found us what we wanted. We walked out of there with one console with agreement to pick up the second Monday between 2-5 I called at one thirty it still wasn’t there so I told them we’d be in before close or first thing open Tuesday to pick up. Went in at 5:00 still not there told them I would get it in the morning they told me they call by noon it’s now past noon no call no other gaming system and it’s already been paid for. This was for the Crawfordsville RAC store. Today a field repair man for RAC did a fabulous job! His name was Willie and he came out to fix my electric reclining chair which is extremely important to me. I was surprised that they cared about fixing it at all since it had been paid off for a long time and was a gift. Anyway, Willie was a real pro; found the problem in no time and repaired it quickly and thoroughly. He also told me how to avoid having it ever happen again. He did a tremendous job today. I wish all repairs and repairmen were as competent and professional as he was!...
