If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever had. I placed an order for one large pizza and one breadstick order that was due for delivery within 22-30 minutes. The pizza actually ended up taking 1 hour and 25 minutes. I had called to cancel the order and the guy that I spoke with got upset and said it was too late to cancel the order and there was nothing he could do. He said he had to remake the pizza because he mixed up the orders, that is what took so long. I then proceeded to tell him we decided to go a different route because we were hungry and didnt want to wait anymore so if he refused to cancel the order we would just have to let our credit card know to refuse the charge as we would refuse the food. He then said that I was threatening him and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager and he said he was the general manager.. which I dont believe to be the case, however if that is true shame on Pizza Hut for giving such a horrible person that kind of power. Oh and then he hung up on me again after saying he was the manager. I then called the corporate office to let them know how terrible of an experience it was but they were already closed. Next will be the BBB. There is no reason an employee should be able to treat people like that and not be held...
Read moreWe placed an order for Contactless Curbside. When we placed the order, the estimated wait time was 15-20 minutes for the order to be ready. My husband called the store phone number upon his arrival to let them know he was there, which was approximately 17 minutes after the order was placed. They acknowledged him and said they would have the order out as soon as it was ready. After an additional 33 minutes (40 minutes after the order should have been ready) my husband went in to the store to find out that our order had been sitting in the hot box the ENTIRE time. Up to 34 mph winds. Visibility to .2 miles….and your open???!!! Even the natl weather service and department of travel states emergency vehicles only on the road yet…your company chooses profit over safety!! This truly demonstrates how a company will place employees at risk to make money. Your not the only ones…dominoes, papa John’s are the same. At this point…why close on Christmas?!?
