Fedder’s Grill — Restaurant in Indiana

To start, the food was actually delicious. I got the brisket slabs and one side option. I added an extra side to my meal. I got the coleslaw and baked beans which were excellent. I have a few complaints however. One thing was that the service was very slow. Another is the menu is not accurate apparently, as our waitress said you don't get the fries and one side with the sandwich options, even though the menu says that you do. It would have taken a few minutes to take a permanent marker and at least mark that off menu. The tap water tastes like straight chemicals although this probably isnt the fault of the business. I will give this place another shot as the food was delicious, although I feel there is a lot of work to do...

Group of us went last night for dinner. Were there 2+ hours and they were out of almost everything I ended up eating just a side of pasta salad. Very expensive in our opinion and felt like they didn’t know how to manage with stocking. 1.5 hours in they told us they ran out of chicken and potatoes after we already changed our order to accommodate what they did have and it continued to bring back out of stock. Decent menu selection. Pulled pork was extremely smokey. Mac was okay. Everything was Luke warm, some cold spots. The homemade BBQ sauce wasn't good, just a random mix of fridge condiments. Sweet tea tasted funny. The servers were nice, but they yelled to each other the whole time, which wasn't necessary.
