Smoothie King — Restaurant in Indiana

Very dissatisfied with the customer service here. I love smoothie king but one employee in particular was just awful to me and my boyfriend. First off we walked in along with other customers and we were not greeted by anyone. As soon as we went to order our drinks we were still not greeted and as we were ordering the cashier walked away to go close the front door which had blown open from the wind. She came back and did not say one word to us but just looked at us waiting to hear our order once again. She was in a terrible mood and didn’t smile but looked angry towards us. She also had no name tag on so I could not specifically write about who it was that gave us such bad service. After she made our smoothies she just put them down on the edge of the counter and walked directly back to the register to do nothing. We were very upset by her service and could tell she did not want to be there working. Not sure if we will go back again because of how mistreated we were, even with the conveniency of living directly...

The issue is other smoothie kings are open usually a little later than this one but what really annoys me is they lock the doors damn near 30 minutes to closing and turn off the lights so people will just drive away thinking they are closed early.... It's disappointing this happens frequently, I hope they do a undercover Boss show at this location will make for some comedy, as I've literally been in the lobby for 20minutes because they had only 1.5 people working on day with a long drive through and indoor line. I say 1.5 because one guy was doing all the work while the other guy was high off his ass and was moving like he was in slow motion, you know the delayed response after a big joint he might as well been an astronaut on the moon standing there, damn shame I almost wanted to walk behind the counter to help the other poor guy out that was overwhelmed. Shame, they can't hire anyone with a car, maybe close a few locations and pay more.......

I recommended my parents about smoothie king since I really loved the service and smoothies but unfortunately something disgusting happened today. My parents tried to order walking in and the door was closed which is fine, they proceed to drive and order by the drive-thru but no one was answering. he called me explaining me that he saw workers inside hiding and laughing at them, ignoring their orders. My parents put me on speaker and as soon as I spoke, a girl named Michelle replied, I asked what was going on and it went quiet, after that, I asked for the manager and she told me, there was no manager at the store. Since my parents don't speak english very well, I decided to call the store with no answer whatsoever. I am disgusted by the behavior showed by Michelle at the 8pm shift with another guy who I couldn't get the name.

I am disgusted by the RACISM showed today at this facility and I am NOT supporting this...
