What can I say about 7 Coras that has not already been said about the idea of heaven? "Nothing" is the answer. What started as a spur-of-the-moment, post-work rendezvous with a friend turned into a dining experience that was on par with a king's feast. If you like ceviche, then you start with the ceviche torta, and if you don't like ceviche, then start digging a hole because that's all you're good for. A Modelo Especial was the perfect sidekick for this starter. My entree of choice was the "mole" since there aren't many places that serve this wonderfully earthy sauce.
