What can I say about 7 Coras that has not already been said about the idea of heaven? "Nothing" is the answer. What started as a spur-of-the-moment, post-work rendezvous with a friend turned into a dining experience that was on par with a king's feast. If you like ceviche, then you start with the ceviche torta, and if you don't like ceviche, then start digging a hole because that's all you're good for. A Modelo Especial was the perfect sidekick for this starter. My entree of choice was the "mole" since there aren't many places that serve this wonderfully earthy sauce. I devoured it, made a mess of my fingers, then devoured them in the process (couldn't leave a drop wasted). Do NOT just drive past this slice of paradise, but instead find yourself immersed in authenticity and a sense of innocent joy that you haven't felt since you were 9 years old. Good food; 5 stars;...

TLDR: One of the best mexican restaurants I've been to in some time. Food and service is amazing!

I came here around an hour before close with a party of 11 -- it was last minute so we did not make a reservation but the staff was super nice and accommodating. We waited for about 5 minutes and the staff had pretty much rearranged the dining room to have one long table for us!

Service was great, the menu is unique and everything we got looked, smelled, and tasted delicious. The chef (I assume) came out during our meal to check on everything, she was so sweet!

Lastly, it happened to be the birthday of one of my friends. I assume our server overheard us talking, because without prompt they brought out a fully decorated birthday cake, despite it being completely absent from the menu --...

Classic taqueria. The food was hot and tasty. The service was friendly in Spanish and English. I always think it's a good sign if blue collar Hispanic men are eating in high-vis work shirts. I might not be any of those things but I want to eat what they're eating. We ordered a sope, taco, quesabirria and burrito. Everything was delicious and we had enough for leftovers. The quesabirria was the star and next time I'm going to just get the birria. Their chips and salsa were also fresh and tasty.
