Absolutely trash experience with this trip. It took over 12 mins for the food to come out. We were the only people in the drive thru and the store. The entire time the staff was just clowning around as each one declared how badly they didn't want to be there. The one kid had on a dirty mechanics shirt instead of his uniform. Don't get me wrong I don't care if it's the Arby's shirt but a dirty shop shirt for food service is gross. Starting in the drive thru I asked for Red Ranch 3 times. The kid joked around and that was fine funny even. Low and behold we get the bag, no red ranch. I park and go in. Wait for someone to acknowledge me. Ask for red ranch again. They continue to mess around. No one else in there. Finally another employee that was trying to leave screamed out for it and I got it. Another 4 mins for this. Get home food was good, just wish it wasn't missing the auju for the subs. There seemed to be some kind of manager there bc he was more concerned about the lady leaving having not clocked out properly, than leading a staff. This was a Friday at 7pm. Not a weird late shift or something. By all means have fun at work. However take care of the customers and actual responsibilities first. I'll never go back to this location. Main Street...

They wont honor it either even though the commercial was just on tv too and I told the manager this as well she doesnt care what so ever. She just kept arguing how it changed on Monday idc it was on tv it's on there coupons that they send monthly as well. Its false advertisement and bad customer service. On top of that they dont even have the right buns for the beef and cheddar's..the guy at the register didnt know anything he didnt even tell me when I first started ordering that they didnt have any buns for the beef and cheddar something that should have been said before I even started ordering. I'm really disappointed in this hole experience. Om top of that I waited 10 mins for me food and while I was there 2 other people had problems as well this arbys apperantly was just having a bad day because they forgot one lady's sandwiches and messed up a gentleman's hole order. However, normally I hit the drive thru as I'm always on the run, this time I wanted to sit with my daughter before dropping her off at work so went inside "mistake this was" first it took forever to order not because the inside was busy but because it was neglected over the drive thru. Got our drinks and took our seats after ordering. Waited about 5 mins and returned to counter wondering what was taking so long. Again see 5 or 6 orders go out the drive thru before getting my food. Then the dining room was out of ketchup so I returned to the counter and asked for some, was told they would be right there and still waited, guess what because of the 99% focus of the store "drive thru". I asked a young man returning from taking a drive thru order out for my ketchup which he got promptly "thank you young man for being one person who focused on me my whole visit". A family of 4 left after seeing my wait and frustration for a few ketchup packets.
