Arby's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Well I’m concerned that restaurants don’t have to use gloves? The manager stuck her hands in the bag with the frozen chicken and dropped it into the basket to fry. However, right before that the manager was taking money from customers at the drive through window and running all around the kitchen and front counter. Not to mention and she had on fake nails, old, and nail polish so yeah I don’t want to eat anything from under your long nails. She was rubbing her clothes, moving her hair, taking money from drive through… then she grabbed the chicken out of the bag and dropped them into the fryer. No thanks! She also took the rest of the chicken, opened a new bag, and placed them in a big bowl and put them back in the freezer, but she had to use her HANDS again to press them down into the container.

Long story short, I asked for a refund and she said they don’t have to use gloves. If you’re the cook and cashier I think there needs to be a separation and the nasty fingernails was...

Ordered the coupon chicken sandwich for$6. When I 1st got it, it was the size of 1/2 a breast. I showed it to who I think to be the supervisor. She was very apologetic and made another. She also let me keep the original while I waited for the fresh one. (That was nice, but I didn't eat it. Too skinny). The second one was way over cooked to my taste. Too skinny, gummy, dry, and chewy. I don't think she did anything wrong. It's just not a good product or process. You guys should stick to sliced meats. I tried a hamburger at another time before and found it horrible. Although the chicken was really bad, I will continue to come for the service this lady provided, and your sliced meats are very good. Ps I am glad only spent $6 coupon. I have also tried your roast beef, ham, gyro, rueden and turkey sandwiches...

I always enjoyed this location until this day. I walked my 3 grand children 2 the park on a hot day and decided 2 stop at this Arby's and get the children and the baby some water. That's wen THE MANAGER at this location frowned and refused to give myself and the children any water I told her I understand them stoping the local teens from stealing pop but I am a adult and want 2 give the kids some water cuz they have been walking in the heat. This lady continued 2 frown at me and refuse 2 give us any water It was like some mess civil rights or something I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE PSSED OFF I will never spend a dime at this location again I guess it made her feel good 2 deny black children water on a hot day.I thought those days were over...WE WENT 2 RALLYS AND SAID WAT Happened AND THE Couldn't...
