Burger King — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I have visited this BK for the last 2 days since being in the area. Yesterday when I stopped in I only came inside because of needing to use he restroom.....the toilet was clogged. The girl behind the counter (not sure of her name but was very polite and respectful) took care of it. But first we had to wait for the gentleman that was in the men's restroom to get done because the plunger was in the men's restroom.....guy came out and was an employee, she asked him to hand her thr plunger and after grabbing it and handing it to her he puts in the code on the door and walks in behind the counter 😳 without washing his hands!!! Fast forward to today and the bathroom/toilet looks the exact same as it did this time yesterday other than the toilet is not clogged today! 🥴🤦‍♀️ I had already ordered some hasbrowns before using the restroom and asked for them to be extra crispy.....they were NOT crispy at all let alone extra! 🙄 when asking what happened the rude disrespectful young girls behind the counter rolled her eyes and started going off.....I politely asked for them to be redone or my money back she snapped off again and I said "I can either get my money back or I can call the police, the choice is yours?" I will NEVER come back to this disrespectful, rude, disgusting, unsanitized location EVER again! I am hoping that corporate reads these reviews and does something about this!

Ok friends......here is the update for this same location 2 weeks later.....

Bathroom is still disgusting 🥴🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ While waiting to meet up with coworkers in the parking lot I took a seat inside in the AC....I witnessed a African American male come inside with jo shirt kn and a pair of super baggy shorts on that was hanging down so low that you could see his butt (with underwear on of course 😂) he runs inside to clock in and then runs back out to the car and grabs clothes to change into, then goes back out to his car and grabs a pre-rolled marjuiana blunt and smoked in front of the building 🙄😳🤦‍♀️ once done he comes back inside and goes behind the counter and starts putting fries in a container for a drive thru order.....all the while not washing his hands AND now on the clock high 🤦‍♀️.

I really hope that I don't have to update this post again in a negative way.....this location needs desperate help or to be shut down! I'm sure corporate wouldn't...

It’s 10:30 pm 20 April I arrived to the drive thru to order my food, for any reason the girl was not able to hear me or understand me even though I’m speaking English and speaking as loud as possible. She asked me to pull around and then I placed my order and I paid and clearly mentioned that I need hot sauce on the side along with mayonnaise. After receiving my order and pulled around to eat, I found the following: Tissue papers/serviettes placed on bug like there are throwing in the trash 🚮 no mayonnaise and no hot sauce. I returned back and i asked her again my sauces and she was ignoring me and closed the window on my face, another costumer arrived and she was pretending that she didn’t see me until I apologized from the costumer and I knocked on the window to get her attention and she’s kept giving me her back and I went back again to my car waiting for customer to pick their order. More than 10 mins later she called me and provide me hot sauce Only (no mayonnaise again) and on a soft drink cup and she refused to provide me here and she was not wearing no name tag as suppose to be. Definitely not well trained plus the bad attitude. I don’t want to describe her but you can definitely figure out who she. I’ll never visit this branch ever ever again. Note: -The store was totally empty (no stress on her) -The customer was after me also returned back because she miss up with...

I placed a carryout order inside. I made a simple request for fresh fries. I made that request because I had to drive to drop the food. The employee kept telling me they were fresh, but the fries were in the bin when I arrived. They did drop some while I was waiting for my order. I again requested for the fresh fries. Your employee did accommodate my request. Although, not before I was verbally attacked by a customer. Literally telling me to let her do her job. I was so set back that I will not enter your establishment ever again. There's a reason I spend more for Culver's, but my family really wanted BK. I was not disrespectful and you can view it on camera if you'd like. I did however tell the consumer to mind her fing business! I guess what I want out of this, is be aware of your surroundings because the crazy is EVERYWHERE! I have a right as a paying customer to expect fresh food. I mean seriously!! I also tried to call and speak with someone about the experience, but thwy refused to answer the phone. So...
