Customer service is awful. I sat at the bar for at least 10 minutes, without any acknowledgment of my existence. Another couple came in snd sat next to me. They were immediately were asked what they wanted, meanwhile the server looked at me snd asked what I wanted. This server already pass by me at least 4 times before this. Also, another female server did the exact same thing as well… So, I talked to the couple stating that I have been ignored, and I was giving them another minute before I left. The female server overheard my conversation and offered me a free drink. While I enjoyed the beer, I motioned to the female server to come over. I appreciated her recognition and gave her a $5 tip. This must have gave her permission to explode on me. She belittled me in front of the whole bar, stated they were swamped and doing the best they could and it was rude of me to talk bad about them… I was appalled… this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in very long time, if this is a recurring problem, you’re business is doomed… you have lost a customer and I will only denounce your business to people I know…. Very...

You didn't have enough open seats to seat everyone at once. We asked if we could get a drink at the bar and wait for a table. We were told no, we had to be seated, we would be a fire hazzard. Funny thing is..... we are all firefighters.... there was ample room for us to stand along glass the wall back towards the bathroom. You just lost $200+ in business...
My group are all huge supporters of craft beer and will go out of our way to visit breweries when we are at home or travelling. I also organize beer fests and know a number of industry insiders.... Beyond bad beer, THIS IS THE REASON THAT CRAFT BREWERIES FAIL!
We went down the street and were met with open arms and...
Read moreI stopped here with my 21 year old son recently. As expected the lady serving checked my son's ID, an Ohio Driver License. As it turned out, my son had let his license expire due to his attendance at college and not having a need for a car. The lady at the bar said they cannot serve my son because of his expired license. Understood. Now it gets weird. We were waiting top meet a friend, so I ordered a beer. The lady said my son cannot stay in the bar as he's under 21. I stated he's 21, but has an expired ID. She said well we cannot serve him so he has to leave. With this type of logic applied, shouldn't this place be checking everyone's ID to insure they don't have expired ID's and...
