Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Update I am done giving this Donatos a chance. I ordered delivery and it was almost an hour late. I tried to call the store multiple times at least seven times and no one ever answered the phone. I had to drive all the way there just to check in on my order And the guy says there’s only two people working tonight. I understand being short staffed, but don’t open for business if you’re short staffed. Absolutely terrible. They have this horrible automated service that makes you choose between placing an order or checking in on your order. If you choose to check on your order, the phone rings forever and then hangs up on you and if you choose a new order, you can finally talk to someone but they’re like a third-party and they can’t even see or look up any orders at all.

I understand busy days. I’m not happy it was going on 2 hours with no food delivered and every time we called we were told it would be another 20 minutes. I opted to cancel the order and asked for verification of the cancellation and I kept being told “I don’t know if we send confirmation, I don’t know. It might come through your email. I don’t know.” Then I kept being put on hold in the middle of me talking without being asked to be put on hold. Horrible service. Manager didn’t seem to care either or...

I am a 3rd party delivery driver. I was here 1-12-24 whoever the lady manager is… she’s worthless as a human being. I’m a delivery driver(3rd party) and Donatos doesn’t have drivers I pick up a cash on delivery order and I get to the house and he has already paid, he calls and a manager wants to talk to me. I get the phone and the lady was everything you could call a disgusting human being and is talking to me like I’m her child demanding I hand over the order because he has paid. The gentleman even told me he left a decent tip for me but this nasty lady said must be a glitch in the system! So I was left with my hand out with no compensation for the money I owe my employer and no tip for driving 8 miles and using my own fuel and vehicle. I think the GM or a higher source needs to get their people in check! You’re taking from the people you’re asking for help getting rug your orders out your doors! Maybe retrain your people to figure a solution out instead of raising their voice at a grown adult like they are their kids! She can go...

Only getting 1 star cause I can't go lower! Upon placing an online order with this location, my expected delivery time was to be at 8:09pm. At 8:39, I called this location to find out why my order was 30 mins late...was informed by the manager that they were running behind due to a power outage that this location experienced earlier and was then told that their delivery driver was out making his rounds and that he would be back in 45 mins to pick up my order. So, I decided to go pick it up myself. Upon arriving, I found the doors were locked 2 hrs prior to their listed closing time and had to use the drive thru. Upon getting to the window...(with 10 mins to go before my order was to head out the door...) I was informed BY THE MANAGER that my order had not even been prepared yet! Full refund!!!
