Subway — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I was just there for lunch. My sandwich was made correctly but I ordered a footlong dipper which was supposed to be pepperoni and cheese. I got to my car and it was cheese only. I went back in and the lady working said that you have to choose pepperoni or cheese, it isn't both. I even clarified, so if I order pepperoni it is just pepperoni and tortilla? And she said yes. I was baffled by this but I didn't want to argue so I left. I went to my car and looked at the subway app and it is supposed to have both pepperoni and cheese on there. How do they not know the menu and how do they think it's logical to sell a tortilla with just pepperoni in it. That would be gross. The other girl there, I'm assuming she's new, rang up my order incorrectly which I can understand that happens but didn't notice anything wrong until we said something to her. It was double what it was supposed to be. I also had a coworker go there a week or so ago and they don't accept Subway coupons apparently. Hopefully this was just an off day for them but I'm going to visit a different...

Love these sandwiches! Don't go there as often anymore due to price increases. Plus our favorite gal isn't there anymore. Not sure where she went. Terrible service. Ordered toasted flat bread and it was ice cold not toasted. She then said it is toasted they don't put it in that long. I've had Subway for decades. Poor service trying to cover up their fault. Dont lie about food to your customers.
