This was by far the worst customer service I've ever had. When I called to place my order they were rude, but I let that go because most Chinese food restaurants don't talk too much when they take your order. I get my food and it's almost cold, the "chicken" was more the texture of tofu and had no sauce on it, all the sauce was WATER in the bottom of the container. It was like they dumped an entire container of salt in the food. The rice was sogy and slimy. Literally the worst "Chinese" food I've ever tried to eat. So when I called to make a complaint and get a refund the lady (who I later learned was co owner) was so rude and told me if I want a refund I have to drive up there and get it and hung up on me, then ignored my call 7 times in a row. I go up there to get my refund and at first she takes the food from me and complains that I ate a piece of crab ragoon(I also ate 2 pieces of the disgusting chicken) she is still refusing, telling me that the owner has to be there to do that. I told her that she was now stealing my money because she had my product and still hadn't given me a refund. After 10 minutes of her yelling at me, ignoring me like a child, and recording my talking- the "owner" finally comes in (it's the guy who delivered the food.) the hadn't even processed my payment yet. He was just as rude, telling me the product is different at each location, I told him this product isn't just different it's uneatable and I shouldn't have to pay for microwaved trash. Finally they cooperated. I was so mad, I sighed a void sheet and walked out. I went to the Great Wall on Keystone and Hannah && had the complete opposite experience, food was cooked fresh in front of me and the customer service was excellent. I really wish I had taken a picture of each meal because the difference was crazy, what I'm eating from the other location is definitely chicken and definitely cooked all the...
Read moreWe ordered over $50 dollars worth of food here tonight 5/20/2024. The experience was terrible. Everything had a burnt taste. The oil clearly had not been changed for a while. The eggrolls were brown on the outside almost too brown, but the inside was raw/Luke warm. We have eaten here numerous times, and know what an eggroll is usually like from here...or any Chinese restaurant. The chicken on a stick was burnt, and the spring rolls were the same as the eggrolls. The general tso chicken....same way. I called to let them know that we were not happy and was told that no one else complained and then I was hung up on. I will never give them another dime! They lost a good customer tonight. Instead of apologizing, making it right. Replacing meal after replacing oil, or giving us a credit.....something!!!! Small businesses struggle enough, but with that attitude I can...
Read moreI had placed an order for 2 House special lo mein and one house special chow mein one roast pork egg foo young and one General Tso's chicken. Unfortunately by the time I got home I found out that my chow mein is some kind of soupy base with no noodles in it whatsoever. I called Great Wall and spoke to a gentleman who pretty much argue with me the whole time on why I would order two lo mein and a chow mein since they're practically the same thing. I had told him that I wanted to try out the difference between the lo mein and the chow mein and he kept on arguing with me so I just practically hung up. Here's the picture of the chow mein. The lo mein was flavorless and watery. Never coming back horrible service. Does that picture look like chow me in to you? There was NO...
