Garrett's Smokehouse Barbeque — Restaurant in Indianapolis

First time experience was amazing! Walked in, grabbed a menu and saw the what I was looking for, turkey! I had turkey tips before, but not turkey ribs. The cashier explained how you get 3 nice ribs for that price. I ordered the small dinner which included 2 small sides. The sides I ordered were mac and cheese and greens, which was not cooked in pork (yes!). The meal came with cornbread. Since I was not from the area, I wanted to try more menu items and also ordered a 10pc smoked wings. Everything was sooooo good! The turkey ribs fell OFF THE BONES!! The sides were delishous although the greens were highly seasoned. The smoked wings were a nice size and REALLY had the smoked flavor! You could smell the smoke as soon as I opened the tray. Can't wait to visit the area again!...

I ordered turkey ribs baked beans and potato salad I will not recommend this food to anyone everything was disgusting the only good thing about this place was the cashier she was very pleasant and had a great personality also before I finish my post I had a friend with me she had recommended that I get ribs. considering I don't eat pork ribs I chose to get turkey ribs . she followed. and place the same order as myself she also thought it was disgusting everything the sides as well as the meat but she did mention that there pork ribs are very good so considering I don't eat pork I will never know. But like I mentioned earlier in the text this is not a place I will ever...

It's extremely hard to get a "PERFECT" rating from me, Though I gave 5 stars, it's still not 5 stars due to physical limitations. GARRETT'S NEEDS two things, a bigger building and a bigger parking lot! The staff, the food, and the service are ALL TOP NOTCH. I absolutely LOVE Garrett's. Not only is it the BEST BBQ IN THE CITY, it's probably the BEST IN THE STATE. Whatever you love about "soulfood" is better here. Let me wrap this up by saying this isn't a perfect review, but it IS AS CLOSE AS YOU CAN GET. 4.99999999999 stars due to physical limitations. I'd like to see Garrett's set up like a Rally's/Checker's with a 8-12 table lobby and 8-12 pick-nick type...
