Hardee’s — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I went to this location off 56th and Emerson, 2/26/2021 and ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese meal. Then I drove to Starbucks which is across the street. The line was long there and I decided to eat my chicken sandwich. I took one bite and noticed there was no cheese. I drove straight back to Hardee's and told the drive thru stuff they forgot to put cheese on my sandwich. They told me to pull to the window and attempted to hand me a Slice of cheese out the window!! I was upset and asked that my sandwich be made properly. The lady held her hand out to take my old sandwich that I had bitten off-- of and took it back through the window (as if we are not in a PANDEMIC)!!! The MAN then told me to pull around and he would bring my sandwich to the car because they had to fry me a NEW piece of chicken. When the lady brought me my sandwich back , I looked at it to notice they had chopped OFF the piece I BIT INTO--- RE-FRIED it and gave me the SAME piece of chicken back this time with eggs I did not order !! I am very concerned for the safety of our community the way these people handled the situation, trying to save a piece of chicken, by putting everyone at risk in the midst of this PANDEMIC! We love Hardee's. Liked it better when I was a kid and Biscuits and Gravy was $.99. This location is pathetic in my opinion. We driving home from being downtown and stopped here to get a bite. Had to tell two people my order and the second person needed to hear it three times. Lucky everything was right. My Dr. Pepper tasted more like carbonation and no syrup. Did not offer to check the Bib or anything when confronted with it. Did not ask if you wanted and sauces for my wife's onion rings and not ven ketchup was offered or supplied in the bag for my frys. From the look of the people and judging on the attudes of the two people I saw working this is a place I would not return too. The employees gave off that I hate my job vibe and would've rather been anywhere else but helping us with our food. I know my $11 hamburger was not Angus beef and I almost positive it was dropped in the fryer not cooked on the grill. A technique some fast food places do to cut corners. Was not worth the cost of even a value meal from anywhere else. I would not recommend this Hardee's location to anyone. Once again, the incompetence, or maybe the simple lack of caring, results in me getting home without all the food that I ordered. I should learn my lesson and stop going here, but it's like 2 minutes from my house, and my kids wanted Hardee's for breakfast today. They handed me only one of my two drinks until I pointed out that there should have been two. The guy looks at the screen for about 15 seconds and says "oh yeah, a Diet Coke!" Then I ask about the cinnamon raisin biscuits that are clearly not in the sack. They're sitting on the counter behind him. A glance through the sack looks about right. I get home to find an order of hash rounds missing, and bacon missing from my daughter's breakfast platter (her favorite part).
