Jack's Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Well my child’s mother called for a delivery and paid and everything seemed fine until we received a call back saying something was wrong with the payment on their end. They asked if we could come pick it up and the order was paid for but something wasn’t right. So I drive up there, even though it was suppose to be delivery and when I get there they said the payment didn’t go through…so I said “on the phone y’all said the payment was good and told me to come get it” they called the manager who I guess told them to void the transaction which upset me because I just drove up to the store didn’t bring a wallet or anything I just thought I was picking up pizza. Well the guy begin the counter older white guy starts tellin me I don’t have to have an attitude and all that so I said “I can have whatever attitude I want considering I drove up here and what you’re telling me is I’m getting a refund but why did I have to waste my time and gas to drive up here” for a second I thought me and the guy was gonna fight and he “fake called” the police like that was gonna scare me off. I was so upset until the co-worker Brandon made the right decision and gave me the pizza for my troubles. Brandon not once got out of line, was professional, and actually made me feel bad about the whole situation. Even though the other guy was acting like “he was gonna put me out physically” I knew 100 percent he wouldn’t do that cause he just wasn’t physically built to do something like that. But Brandon, that man deserves a raise for him problem solving and social skills. It was more than the money, it was more than the pizza..I would of left a 1 star for my experience but Brandon ensured at least a 3 star for his effort to do the right thing. The pizza was good, and Brandon saved the night by being a good person. Hopefully that’ll rub off on...

I grew up on Jacks in our neighborhood. Moved away to SD and when I came back fir a visit I had to get a Jacks Pizza but our neighborhood jacks had closed. So we decided to call and order from the layfeyette location. Phone Customer Service was AWESOME! I LOVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! She told me about the special and was just cool and knew her job. Pick it up and same thing from guys behind the counter, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, friendly and efficient. AND CLEAN! I could see into their kitchen, place was spotless and well organized!

Pizza AWESOME as Expected but the Service was really better than any restaurant experience I've had in a few years SD is not good on Service so it was a nice change to be treated like we were not only welcome but appreciated instead of like a burden.

So I'm a little biased because i just started working here a few hours on the weekends. The best thing is the menu variety except the pizza crust...diffrent sizes but its jacks crust. No thin no deep dish. So many delicious choices and combos. We carry coke products. All meat and bread items are cooked upon delivery to the store...so you NEVER get anything raw unless its a veggie in a salad. We are now open from 11 am but we need dependable drivers and are hiring. The only bad thing about this store until we get some more good drivers are that sometimes delivery is not an option. We cant help it when ppl dont show up for work or are late. But we are friendly and try to get every order right and on time. COME...
