Subway — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Hate I even had to select a rate just to comment. On 1/16/23 Customer service here was really rude. The female closing the store. On night shift I asked the store closing time & she states 9pm but also made it clear that she was closing the store at 8:30 because she had a newborn to get home too. Her tone was aggressive & she had a very nasty attitude. You don't like customer service then find another job. Because she must forgot US customers are the reason you have a job. We are the people who pay your salary for you too take care of your newborn. Need better employees here. I wanted to shop in walmart for a few items first & then get my sandwich. She already had the gates pulled around and it was only 8:11 pm. I've been calling yo speak with a manager but they're so dumb that they aren't answering the phone. I called the restaurant around 8:10pm To ask if they were open and she said they were getting ready to close when hours online said till 9 pm but I told her I can make it by 8:23pm and she said that’s fine we will be here till 8:30 and may be process my order. But upon arrival she was very rude and didn’t let me in and ignored the fact that she spoke to me over the phone. I asked for manager she said she is the 1 and I asked for corporate number and she didn’t give me 1. Very rudely she asked me to leave and get off from her floor.

Me and my wife were very upset with this experience since that was our dinner time and most of the stores get closed around me.

Sad that I HAD to give it ANY stars. We arrived at 7:45pm. The young lady was helping another customer but made eye contact with me. She went to the back to get more meat and then told us that she was done for the night. I said it would have been nice if you had said that as soon as we walked in. I began to walk away and slightly heard her say something. I turned and said excuse me. Her response was i said whatever, have a nice evening. I look up the location to make sure that I had the correct closing time of 9pm AND I DID!!! I typically don't shop this Wal-Mart because of the customer service.
